I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Guenther for the installation of a new central air system in May and the installation/ conversion from an existing oil heating system to a natural gas heating system. Jeff's communication style was not the typical business talk. Jeff was personable and caring. He interacted with my family and dogs as though they were his family.
When his crew entered my home to install both systems they were very detail oriented and left the area clean and neat upon completion of the work.
This will not be the last time I use Berks Energy for needed work in my home.

Jeff and his crew installed a combi burner for our us in April when our old oil furnace quit in our hundred-year old house. They were thorough, quick, organized, hard working, and genuinely nice guys who had us up and running in a few days.

6 months later when we were having trouble getting the unit going after some plumbing changes, Jeff came by that morning and made sure everything was working.

Absolutely can't beat good folks that stand behind their work.

They may be able to install a Mini Split system at a good value but don't expect to receive any knowledgeable repair. They basically threw their hands in the air with problems I had with a unit they installed.

We recently had Berks Energy install mini splits throughout our home and we couldn’t be happier. What a great experience we had using this company! You won’t regret hiring them to do any job in your home.
