Dr. Winans and staff were excellent. I had a tooth pulled and it was painless & quick. All very friendly & knowledgeable.

My Uncle (who is a dentist) recommended Dr. Fallon. I thought it would take a while but it only took like 5 minutes. The one girl let me use the restroom before I got my teeth pulled. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place! Dr. Fallon was such a pro! He knew how to start a good conversation before I got my teeth pulled.

We decided to use Berks Oral Surgery even though the office did not participate with our dental insurance. The office required to be paid in full at the time of service using their full retail pricing, but confirmed the reimbursement from our dental plan would be issued to us directly. Now the dental insurance has also paid Berks Oral Surgery (I feel this was known in advance by an office who handles so many claims) and I am being told my reimbursement may take weeks. Why doesn't this office reimburse their patients as fast as they grabbed our money? Or couldn't they have called and gotten a pre-determination on what the dental insurance was going to pay them and subtract that from our payment at time of service? I'm not a happy customer right now and there is little effort shown by office staff to process my reimbursement. As of now, I feel Berks Oral Surgery got paid twice and is playing a game with my money.

**Follow Up to Berks Oral Surgery's response:

1) You are correct; out of network providers do collect payment first for the same reason they don't sign in-network contracts with insurance companies.so you control the MONEY and get the most MONEY from your patients.

2) According to records @ SunLife Dental, your office took a week to submit the claim. And then mailed it rather than submit electronically and save some time. SunLife claims the check was mailed from their office on the 15th and Berks Oral Surgery claim it arrived yesterday the 25th. By the time I get my money back from Berks Oral Surgery next week it will be creeping up on a month from the July 3rd procedure.

3) Mike, Berks Oral Surgery practice manager, said they submitted the claim to SunLife Dental and "checked of the box for the patient to receive reimbursement". But SunLife has info on file my wife and I "authorized Berks Oral Surgery to pay the provider", as I suspected. Conflicting info here, Berks Oral Surgery.

4) Berks Oral Surgery DOES have control over my refund and I'm waiting on Berks Oral Surgery's turnaround, not the dental company. Some suggestions:
a) don't charge patients 100% of charges up front if you are also going to receive reimbursement from their dental plan.b) process your claims to insurance companies the same day, not a week later and process them electronically, not by mail.c) reimburse your patients when the patient provides you written proof the claim was paid to your office. Otherwise, your frustrate your customers and we vent our frustrations online.

Finally, we were pleased by the surgery provided by your doctor But your billing practices and the headache caused are not worth a return trip. We are going to a different, in-network provider moving forward.

I absolutely love how accommodating Dr. Zinberg is, especially because I am a college student. My college is 3 hours away and I am very committed about my teeth. I normally have a good time with the receptionists and the offices. But lately, I feel that their customer service has been lacking. I have asked for a refill for my prescription and they told me they were going to call me back which never happened. I had two check ups before one of my xray appointments which was scheduled on 3/15/19. Though when I came for this appointment, the young receptionists (two of them) became very confused when I showed up to check in, stating that I was not scheduled on 3/15/19 at 3: 30pm. I was shocked because I made the time for this appointment during my springbreak and I gave them my appointment card as evidence to show that I was scheduled. They stared at it with confusion and then told me to sit and wait while they looked at my files. And of course I heard them whispering about how "crazy" it is at the office. Then one of the receptionists noticed on my files that at my last check up on 2/15/19 that someone rescheduled my appointment. She told me that someone changed it at my last check up appointment which was really inconvenient because I was not notified about this change. So I took the new appointment date, though disappointed with the customer service of this practice. The two receptionists were being nice about it yet it felt like they were only covering up their confusion. They were professional and told me to call back if I had any issues with my bone graft membrane. I would have rated this practice a 5 but due to the current events with the service, I feel that they need to get organized. I hope things get better because I am still part of this practice and would like to continue my business. Thank you.

Having a dental implant was new to me but the team at Berks Oral surgery put me at ease with their skill and professionalism. Dr. Fallon answered all my questions and gave me as much time as I needed, never in a rush to leave the room. Highly recommended!

If I could give no stars I would! I called to ask about wisdom teeth being removed and the women who answered the phone was very rude. It’s a shame because I’ve heard good things about them doing wisdom teeth removal but she just put me off and I will be going elsewhere.

Let me start off by saying, I have horrible anxiety going to the dentist. I required a tooth extraction in July 2018 which was done at the Exeter office. Dr. Sibley was great! Dr. Sibley never once rushed me out of his office during follow up appointments and trust me I always had questions given I take a blood thinner. I really appreciate his bedside manners which always kept me at ease! I don't recall everyone's names but this office has a welcoming atmosphere and the young lady at front desk was always smiling and knew me by name prior to getting to the desk. There was also a male technician/assistant after my surgery who was also nice and answered my questions. Thank you everyone! Chantel.
