The owner was very rude and dismissive towards me when explaining why he didn't want to deliver to my property. He didn't have any other solution he immediately told me to find another company to do it. I even asked if a smaller truck could be used he said no find another company to do it. He was afraid my road was too soft and it actually isn't that soft, the truck would have been fine on the road and my bushes would have been cut back if they had come at the time they were scheduled too (10 am not 9: 15 as he stated). He said no one is gonna want to deliver to me and I explained that I've had deliveries and they were all from his company. He thanked me for my business then proceeded to tell me he's not gonna do it.

I was able to get stone TODAY from Fishers Rentals, their driver had no issue getting into my driveway he delivered (4) 10 wheeler (that's all they had available at the time) loads of stone. Might I add, I had suggested a smaller truck to the owner of Berks soil and stone and was told no, he didn't even try. The driver from Fishers was able to back down my driveway with no hesitation, drive up my hill AND turn around as I had suggested to the driver from Berks Soil and Stone. Again, I had other deliveries from Berks soil and stone, I've also had concrete trucks drive up my driveway with no issue. I also, cut back the bushes before the stone was delivered and he was able to see clearly down the drive way to back in. I will not be employing your services to help with my driveway because there is no need to do anything to the driveway at this time because everyone has gotten in and out with big trucks just fine. Even one of your own triaxle trucks from the reading location. And you were very rude, and dismissive.
