We had amazing experience with David Ishler. David knows a lot about buying a home. Whatever question is on your mind, ask him and you will get a clear and direct answer. If something is difficult to explain via email or is very important to us, he will call you directly and talk on the phone. From finding our interested home to settling in, David was very responsive to messages. He was always on our side when signed the contract, allowing us to get some incentives from the builder and modify some contingencies in the agreement. He is very friendly and always tells me if I have any concerns, I don't hesitate to contact him. A very nice person to trust. Highly recommend him if you want to find your dream house and buy it at the right price.
