We had been trying to find a realtor to show us houses for a few weeks. We reached out to a few different companies to inquire about getting a realtor and no one ever responded. We made a call to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hodrick Realty - Lewisburg and told the secretary that we were looking for a realtor. She told me that Cory Lehman was in that day and she would pass our information off to him and that he was wonderful. Not even an hour later I received a call from Cory and he introduced himself, got our information and then took a list of properties we wanted to see. The following Saturday we began looking at properties with Cory. We spent a good two weeks looking until we found a house that we wanted. We put in an offer and it wasn’t accepted. Cory quickly got us back out there to look at more properties. We found another one and he helped us put in another offer that was also declined. We then started to look at more properties and we found the house that we ended up purchasing. We LOVED working with Cory because he was so helpful through the buying process. He gave an honest opinion on what to offer on houses and if they were worth it and so much more. He was not pushy at all! He was extremely available to us and many times would take us for showings within a few hours of us sending something to him. After closing on our home, we asked Cory to keep an eye out for any decent properties we could pick up as rentals. He took us to look at one, but it needed to much work for us to take on. He then reached out and said he knew of two rental houses coming on the market and took us to see them. They are exactly what we were looking for and now we are in the process of purchasing them. Cory truly is our forever realtor and we are so lucky to have him! We cannot say enough good things about Cory! We were looking for a realtor and we found a friend. He stopped by our housewarming party and even invited us to an event at his church. We have already began referring him to our friends and they are having a great experience with him so far!
