Berkshire Hills, Sinking Spring PA

Having resided here for approximately 20 years, I must express my disappointment with the unprofessional conduct of the staff and the outdated condition of the apartment. I had no choice but to involve the health inspector in order to address the situation. I sincerely hope that necessary improvements will be made in the near future.

The Maintenance team always respond in a very timely manor. Michelle M.has been amazing to deal with from day 1!

Mike from maintenance did a great job.he quickly solved my plumbing problem and was very pleasant.thanks Mike

Good apartment complex, espically for college students that live around and for your kids

Solid apartments, great location. Maintenance is relatively quick to respond to any issues and berkshire hills leaves you alone.

Just wanted to say that in the winter time the heater did not work and the maintenance guy gave us space heaters to use meanwhile the next day it was fixed.also the dryer did not want to heat up and he fix the elements and the dryer started working the same day, also right now the fan on the cooling system did not want to run he fix it the fan started working immediately. His name is Mike he is a great person, great with my family and an awesome employee. Thank so very much.

Again, I had a great experience with technician Cesar. He worked all day on patching up our bath tube. Now we won't have to worry about water damage in the walls. Thank you Cesar for the great job you did.

This has to be the worst place to live! If you want to be deceived about the apartment your going to rent then this is the place for you! Otherwise run! They rented me the most nastiest place ever. The apartment was never painted and the carpet was stinking and dirty. The hood over the stove was there since they built the place along with the medicine cabinet, if you opened it to many times it might of fell off the wall. I waited 2 years for a broken bathroom mirror to be fixed, never happened. The best part was Samantha Mathews told me she had receipts for that apartment being cleaned. Either she straight faced lied or she got ripped off! I think she lied, because the neighbors, whom has also move explained how no one was in the apartment they rented me for a long time! Oh yeah don’t forget the mice! Maybe if I asked the mice to pay the increase in the rent I might of stayed. And not to mention the horrible staff… Samantha Mathews, she will tell you nice things to get you in because they need to rent that space but then her customer service skills turn into Cruela absolutely horrible. Michelle tried to help if she could. Run the other way, TRULY! 3.5 Rating is way too high!

Maintenance came and fixed the light and dryer in a timely matter. The maintenance man Cesar was very nice

I had a great experience with the maintenance on our central air. Mike was super nice and courteous and his follow up went above and beyond!

Absolutely delighted by the services provided and communication from Michelle, the current Leasing Consultant. We are looking forward to moving into this amazing community, with the best staff available!

Michelle M.is very friendly, accommodating and helpful just when we found their townhomes very nice and clean and reasonably priced that we have decided to put off our search for a house when the market is so limited and fast moving …. But had been very understanding when we finally found a house at the last minute just before we finalize our lease contract with Berkshire Hills and so kind enough to wish us the best. I highly recommend their units very well maintained and nice floor plans … management provides personalized service and great accommodations without compromising professionalism.
