13Love this place! Great to bring kids and family. The staff works diligently, our hostess Elise was very polite and made us feel welcomed. Definitely recommend.
Our waitress, Sue, was doing double duty tonight but still managed to make our visit a good one.
We hadn’t been in a very long time but tonight we returned and THANKFUL we did! Our meatball appetizer and mozzarella fritta were delicious. And the pizza was superb. Our server Maddie was super cute and great at her job. Food arrived promptly. A+
Rylee was a very good waitress. She was perlite and attentive. Thankful to having her serve us.
Ordered carry out from Bertucci’s in Springfield. Have not eaten here in years! Will definitely return. Everything was great from the verde pizza to the rigatoni abruzzi. Elise helped us and was very pleasant. We’ll be back soon!
My family came in for lunch this Saturday and we had Maddie as our server! She was very attentive and did a great job getting us everything what we wanted. I personally haven’t been to a Bertuccis in over 12 years and everything exceeded my expectations, the food was delicious (especially the lasagna), huge portions and a glass never went empty, we’ll definitely be back!
Maddie is the best! Always smiles and is happy. She makes sure we have a pleasant experience at Bertucci’s
We dined in with Rylee this week and she was absolutely phenomenal! Kept our drinks filled and checked in on us frequently.she recommended the sampler for our party and it filled us perfectly! She went and told us about the chocolate cake and that was just to die for! Will be back because of rylee!
We came for a birthday dinner & Sue server was very friendly & helpful with her service without being intrusive. She even helped us make selections on the the menu that we were unfamiliar with.
Came in with my wife and man was it incredible. The food was delicious and our server, Rylee, was outstanding. She was constantly checking in on us making sure everything everything was okay. The manager Mike is a cool dude too.
Caroline was our server and she was AMAZING! She engaged a conversation and excellent service she is so sweet and down to earth!
