Berwick Area YMCA

Its amazing Berwick has something at all. Its just sad the Ymca is all there is available for people to do. That and your choice of the same cookie cutter 20+ bars, pizza joints and sub shops in an 1800 Meter radius. I wish i was joking too!

Great gym, 24 hour access available.needs heavier dumbells they only go up to 100lb dumbells.have to drive to the bloomsburg ymca for the 130lb dumbells.please get heavier ones so I don't have to bloomsburg.

The Berwick Area Y is sure a shining jem that bonds the community together as well as helping with food giveaways.

The new section has now opened and it is an extensive upgrade with new equipment, indoor walking path and new courts.

The new section is going to be open 24/7 and you get a bracelet to signon to equipment and track your progress.

I been using the new equipment and it's nice but it gets very busy which is the bad part because you have to wait for your turn on it

Beautiful, brand new Gym and wellness center. The transformation is unbelievable. You must see it to believe it.

Nice clean ymca but. I went there for child's birthday swim party. You get 1 hr on the dot to swim & 1 hr in the party room for gift giving & cake. $300 for 2 rushed clock watching hours (to me) seems like a horrible rip off. & I mean clock watching. Lifeguard was watching g the clock with whistle in mouth till the last second. Just not fun to try & rush kids who are trying to have fun

I am so blessed to continue to serve Berwick and our community. Anyone who is looking for a membership and a nice gym to use, come to our facility me along with our other front desk staff would be pleased to help you.

I've been trying to get my child into swim class for almost a year. Everytime I call I get told sorry call back on this date only to get told no spots are available on that date. Last time we went for a birthday pool party the rooms were dirty.

Berwick YMCA is a great place to work out. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. The future of this YMCA is in good hands. Note the photo is posted is the expansion of the gym as it was in December 2022. As a 71 year old male I find the facilities uncrowded most of the time. I get a fresh towel for my shower every day. The men's locker room is adequate. I like the fact I can have my own locker for a small annual fee.
