Very nice people, caring and low stress for us "dental phobic" people!

Dr. Ermish might have the most rude secretary ever. I called to schedule an appointment and I was overdue for a trip to the dentist. I was a patient with them in the past so I figured I would go back. She explained she was booked until the following month, but I asked her to schedule anyways. She asks for my insurance information and me being dumb gives her my medical insurance information. She basically laughed at me for this and and explained it was the wrong insurance.
I was like okay well I have dental insurance, do you have it on file from the last time I was there? She once again scoffed and was like that was three years ago! I explained to her when I first called I was overdue for an appointment. She seemed pretty set on not scheduling my appointment so rather than telling her off I ended the call by telling her to have a nice day.
Today I get a letter in the mail apologizing because they will no longer be taking my medical insurance but they hope to still see me there for visits.
When I left this call all I could think about was how belittled someone would feel who didn’t have health insurance at all. I’m sorry I’m afraid of the dentist, but your condescending attitude is completely uncalled for. I will take my business elsewhere.
As for DR Ermish.she was nice but the work that was done I wasn’t satisfied with.
