Great establishment and such a professional staff. For all your mental health needs this is the place to go. They are bilingual and also offer services for kids. Very happy here.

There are some of the best therapists at this facility. They are caring, educated and life skilled. If there is something that you need that will help your mental health recovery and they don't have it, they will research resources and refer you. I haven't had any facility work as hard as they do to help their clients. And I've been to a few.
Thanks BBH you're the best!

The worst “Front desk receptionist” ever I can’t even call them Patient Service Representatives. They actively sigh and grunt at you on the phone when you ask them a question and it is very much like pulling teeth to get them to do their jobs (if you hate what you do that much find a new job) no need to have a disgusting attitude towards people who have none absolutely nothing to you. They have a lot of over the phone courage at this place I would love to talk to them in person because I know it would be a different tone and I understand the public can be nasty but why take it out on someone who is being pleasant towards you? I work as a PSR and would never treat my patients like they do. The only reason I am not going somewhere else is because I am moving out of state and it doesn’t make since. But I do not recommend this place. Nope.

I’ve been a patient at this facility for well over three years and just recently decided to cut ties after evaluating my overall experience.

The therapists here are overworked and underpaid. They are booked for weeks out and most of them work second jobs. I’ve gone through THREE therapists here and they all struggled with keeping appointments, often missing them or getting my days mixed up with another patient.

To get your medication you have to see the therapist every month. The psychiatrists don’t check to see if you’ve been actually having your sessions so I’ve been getting my meds every month with no oversight. So that’s kinda a plus? I’m saving money.

Lastly the psychiatrists don’t actually care about you. I asked my psychiatrist to write my email on my prescription so I could use an online pharmacy and he refused. My prescription was rejected and they won’t fix it without paying for another appointment.

I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but all they’ve done is make me all but give up on my mental health. Just go anywhere else.

The purpose is to get a many patients to see a psychiatrist, and whether the psychiatrist prescribes narcotics or other form of addictive medicines, it’s their money making machine that has to keep cranking. Oh! Did I mention they don’t have toilet papers in their bathrooms?

This place is awesome. The staff are Great. Never had a problem. Love my psychiatrist and psychologist. They take the time to ask me all the right questions. I have stopped smoking cigarettes with my psychologist help. When I first came here I was not myself because of my past experiences. I am getting the help I need and because of that I came a long way. I thank you Best Behavioral Health for helping me get my life back on track.

Welfare patients only. Just one of many mental health facilities that refuse to take normal paid insurance. Rediculous! Everyone, at one time or another needs help for a mental Health crisis!

Currently going through withdrawal because of these people. The psychiatrist I was given prescribed me my meds but they were barely full to the point where It didnt even last 2 weeks.
They also never tell you your next appointment date, you gotta wait for them to randomly call. I rather go back to Cfar then deal with these people.

Since I've been going here I have been able to see and feel much better about my situation. My therapist is really good with me and has a way of getting me to understand and trust the process of my recovery.
