23Very helpful. My wife wanted a tempered glass screen protector for her S21 Ultra. The best buy rep. Personally asked how he could help, walked her to where she needed and for less then $8 explained he would put it on for her and for any reason they will replace it in store at not extra charge for the life of the phone. Per guy even went through 4 or 5 screen protectors to ensure it was installed perfectly. Thank you for making my wife and in turn me happy.
Staff was very helpful & new thier products. Made getting what we needed easy & covenant.
I spent over 30 minutes in the tv dept and was never waited on until I stopped a guy. He said he would send someone over. A young man eventually showed up, but was clueless.
You have to wait behind a rope barrier until someone grants you entry into the store. What a hassle. No wonder Amazon dominates!
Was definitely not impressed with the level of service with this last visit literally had a person at the front door asking what I was looking for specifically couldn't even direct me to the item it was like I was being interrogated as soon as I walked in the front door all I was looking for was a simple screen protector for my phone and a new case it looks like Walmart will get my business instead!
What a joke. Opening at 10: 00 a.m. Was bad enough but now they don't open till 11: 00 a.m. Most people's day is half over by that point.
Awesome place! Has tons of tvs, pc parts and gaming equipment. I have never had 1 bad experience with the employees there and it is overall amazing!
Worst shopping experience EVER! Needed a new ipad for my daughter, and I knew exactly what I wanted. Walked in and was told to wait (?). All I wanted to do was bring the ipad to the counter, pay for it, and leave. I guess that is not possible here. I waited patiently for over 20 minutes and then left. Went to Walmart up the street and got my Ipad paid for, and back into my car under 5 minutes. This BB location really needs to get their act together. I will never buy anything from Best Buy ever again.
Even if you know what you want, and just want to pay and leave it is not possible here. They will make you wait to see a "specialist" for god knows what reason? What a waste of time.
Thier warranty service is horrible. My refrigerator has been down for a week and I'm going to have to wait for another week before someone comes to look at it. This is the second time this has happened to me in the last 2 months. The sell the appliances and then they forget about you. I will never buy Ani there again.
If you call there, it is a complete nightmare. You can't even speak to a real person. They put you through a series of the most awful messages, then put you on hold with the most annoying music. I hope this place goes out of business. I hate this store. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
All the electronics you need under one roof and you can actually hold it in your hands before buying.
Very little help on the floor. More interested in helping young, pretty co-eds than a little old lady. Geek guys were more helpful knowing what they provide.
Sales representatives took time with me, demonstrated all products, and made recommendations on which ones to purchase. Home theater was purchased and set up with no problems
Good. They delivered what was told to me when I left my computer in their hands. They assisted me to answer my questions.
I bought a laptop on Thursday. It went on sale Friday, for $50 less. I went to the store and they refunded me the difference. No problems at all with them refunding my money
Have been going there for many of years. We've bought tv (samsung), stereo, dvd movies of all types, cds, video games & systems. There's phones, computers & componates, furniture, bought leds for mustang blue, & white w/ switches, & a radio for car as well.
I bought Sonos playbar and ask if it will work with Samsung smart TV remote, they assured me thats works.after spending $650 and take it home i find out that its not compatable.what a bunch of lussers they will lie to you just to make sales and comisions.
Friendly and very smart ppl. Great car services. Everyone is very helpful and kind. Holiday season can get backed up a bit. But its an electronic store so i expect it.
The return policy should be at least 60 days instead of 15 days. Because a lot of people work long hours and don't always have time to return whatever is wrong.
