21Little help around the store Told by a salesperson that what I wanted to do required something not there so I had to order it. As soon as I got it, I knew it was not what I had asked for.returned.they refused to return my 6 dollar shipping. The salesperson had no idea and wasted my money and time and not having it in stock did not allow me to check it out. Will avoid this place whenever possible.
Single girl working on three departments waited over an hour horrible experience! This is unacceptable! Poor girl was spread so thin trying to help everyone shame on you Best Buy!
Great customer service. All workers know the departments pretty well and assist in whatever questions you have on products
Pleasant workers if you can find somebody to ask questions to some of their items were extremely overpriced some were priced just appropriately it has a little bit of everything so I from washers and dryers to Sound Bars and T. V.s
I visited this Best Buy location very close to their closing time and I received excellent customer service from the minute I hit the door and I was able to get the items I needed quickly and correctly. Bravo Best Buy!
Had ordered a gift, picked it up with curbside pick-up. They brought it out to the car pretty fast after I let them know I was there.
Place is short staffed, waited over half hour for assistance with a laptop purchase. Once attended the rest went smoothly. Need patience to deal with today's employee shortage everywhere.
Went shopping for appliances. Was walking around for well over 15 minutes and not a single employee asked me if I needed help. Ultimately I left and they lost out on a potential sale and my repeat business
Had a great experience, was greeted when we walked in, we browsed around for a little and then an associate helped answer some questions about TVs and smart watches we were interested in, very knowledgeable, we will definitely be coming back
Our salesman was excellent. We had a lot of questions and he had answers. He was patient, he was knowledgeable and he was just an all around really nice guy! Store is always clean, well stocked, sometimes hard to find someone to help but those that are there and are working, are great!
Went to get a TV but i came out with TV, HTMI cable, speaks and Alexa. The sales person was knowledgeable and enjoy his job or he was new hire wanted to show off. I enjoyed the VIP treatment
Share my experience my experience was that the manager was helpful of trying to find me a place to recycle my television when the phone number tells you that Best Buy recycles television and they say they don't do that they need to get Communications explain that Pennsylvania and Connecticut don't take televisions and if you take it to another Best Buy you would get charged to recycle your television and I had a lovely day of going back and forth with people telling me the same thing instead of one person telling me that no one wants to be a ping pong ball but I think y'all figure out that it's best to frustrate the customers
The customer service is amazing there they made sure I got everything I needed because I almost bought something I didn't need but there always great and get you in and out
Waited for 10 minutes while employees stared at me from behind their computer without saying a word. I had to walk around the store to find another associate to open a case for the item I needed.

The last surviving electronics store. They were very helpful to us toward purchasing a new washing machine. Very smooth process.
Its good but when comes to some electronics stuff the first thing comes in your mind is best buy have but everytime i go there its always the same thing "We dont have it in store but we can order it for you online" i mean i wouldn't come here if i wanted to order online but staff is nice and friendly there
NEVER BUY TVs from this store. (Go to Whitehall)
(Pictures 1 = shows "arrows" in which the proper way to display/store = "Sony" should be read upright) 2 complete aisles of improperly stored TVs.
TVs are stored on sides. SELLING DAMAGED PRODUCTS. (Improperly stored, not upright) managers stated they are allowed to so (representative stated under a certain size they can store as is) warranty is void from the beginning. (Who knows how long they were stored improperly, such storage would be placed on consumers. Unknowingly spending $500+ for damaged goods)
Monitors & TVs should never be stored any-other-way but upright (NEVER "Flat" on screen/back, Never on sides) any-other-way will cause damage to screens, increasingly NOTICEABLE, with higher resolution, and larger screen sizes.
Staff is pretty knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. And when it comes to sales, you can get some really great prices on large ticket items! Great store!
Worst delivery experience in 50 years!
Delivery people went to wrong address. Best buy left a message they were here and in 15 minutes they would leave. But they were never here!
Attempted calling Best Buy to get delivery rerouted. Was on hold over 1 hour during 5 calls which when I finally reached a person, she was unable to reach the driver. Had to go to the store and they could only schedule delivery for next Wednesday.
