18Absolute worst Customer Service, the car starter that I got installed a year ago stopped working and they guy at the auto counter couldn't be more unprofessional and hung up on me without even offering me an appointment, and didnt call me back. This was after waiting on hold for 15+ minutes getting bounced around from one call center person to the other. Terrible.
I'm going to give this Bestbuy five stars because the employees here at this location in Pennsylvania are one thousand times more patient, kind, and remember this is a cooperate store.
The sales associates get paid a low wage and have sales figures that are almost impossible years to achieve. Oh and they aren't paid commission after explaining to you over and over again that he's sorry for the high prices and you finally buy the 27 inch 1080p insignia tv.
The managers arent the ones who decide that the phones don't get answered. That's a nation wide issue.
How about we all cut the young men/women associates and the managers a little slack. Everyone is having a difficult time.
Solid. Found what I needed, fast checkout. Store employees were helpful, polite and on point. Clean store as well. 10/10 will shop here again
Tyler in the Geek Squad is amazing. He went the extra mile explaining how to save photos on a thumb drive, the photos are stored in an SD card in my Android phone. The photos are no longer in date order. Tyler was great even helping me by giving me step by step directions. Thank you Tyler. And he told me the date of his next shift so if I still had trouble I could come in and see him. Tyler represents excellent customer service!
Helpful, but didn't have the product I wanted, even though it was listed as in stock online
They tried walking me out insisting i was wrong that they didn't sell what i was looking for after showing them on there site. Finally i demanded to check the numbers and bam there it is. Very unhelpful
Advertised products not in stock nor are they available to order. Installation on car audio equipment not available as they still don't have an installer. This issue has been a recurring one over the last 10 years. They do not honor their warranties that they sell, instead using the excuss of no installer available to drag things out until your warranty is expired. Would never buy another product from these scam artists. They deserve zero stars.
Was told I couldn't use Best Buy gift cards to help purchase an iPhone for ATT. However, after going to a different best buy I was able to use the gift cards and then pay for the rest of the phone without needing to finance. I had a bad experience at this store but the other store was extremely helpful.
Very happy with this store. Bought a TV that ended up being "less then expected" and the manager was completely understanding. Ended up getting an open box tv with a ridiculous discount because the manager was just cool and understanding of my frustration. They certainly earned my loyalty. This is my electronics store now.
My computer crapped its pants and motherboard burnt out. I need a computer for just about anything i do including my side gig. So i went to best buy. The employees were so helpful and reassuring.
The entire process was quick and painless and I was in and out in less than an hour with my new computer
We went to purchase a TV and were helped by a young man Wayne who was excellent in customer service and knowledge of the product. He was over the top helpful and is an asset to your store. It's not everyday you come across a salesman that really is out to serve the customer.
The young lady that helped me in the TV department was a great help. And she knew what she was talking about. I did my research before going in and she showed me exactly what I wanted. No upsells, just some honest truth. I wish I had remembered her name. She deserves some praise

KRIS THE SO CALLED MANAGER, SHOULD LEARN HOW TO KEEP A GOOD CUSTOMER HAPPY. AND COMMING BACK TO BUY MORE, I BOUGHT 2 FD UP HP PRINTERS, WHICH I HAD TO PACK UP AND DRIVE TO THE STORE. I PICKED OUT A EPSON WHICH EVERYONE IN TOWN WAS SELLING AT 379.00 AND HE WOULD NOT BEAT THE PRICE BUY A PENNY. IM FN DONE WITH BEST BUY, AFTER ALL MY PRODUCTS AND WARRANTYS ARE DONE IM OUT, I'LL BUY FROM COSTCO OR BJ'S THANKS KRIS. YOU LOST BEST BUY A LONG TIME CUSTOMER. SMART MOVE.
Disappointed again. Unused to love this store, but lately they have nothing, the staff are rude, they won’t answer the phone and they’re closing at 7: 00 pm. What the heck? All the other stores in the shopping center are open until 9. Went in on Saturday for a simple cable and it’s like the place was wiped out. They said they could order it for me online. I replied that I could do that myself on Amazon. The reason I came in is because I needed it ASAP. I’ll take my business elsewhere. All my recent purchases started at this store and ended at others. New television - Costco, New Printer - Walmart, New Gaming System - Target, Smart Lights - Home Depot. All because they didn’t have it. Save your time and shop elsewhere.
Went in to have a new screen protector and they guy who helped me was very helpful and held a nice conversation while he was putting the protector on my phone. His name was Grant, I figured he deserved a good review.
We always shop here, employees are helpful. For some time now they seem to be shorthanded, which makes me think about just ordering online instead.
