Been going to Best Buy for years and never had a problem until this time. I went to replace a damaged phone. I was in the Verizon section looking at phones when the associate finally was free and able to help me. I explained what I needed in a phone and said it looks like this one is the only one you have. He said no and took me to a different area. Well it ends up that they are what they call a unlocked phone. Not sure what that means.
Well, the phone does not have wifi calling in it. I have bad service at my house so that is a must. So I went to Verizon and got a complete phone.
Well today I go to return the phone and the same associate who sold me the phone was doing the return. I said I am returning a incomplete phone. That started him, he started with I should have did this and that, no he should have. He also said he said stuff to me that he never did. My wife was also standing right there and said he never said that.
When I asked why I was being charged the restocking fee when the phone is incomplete, his reply was, it is complete, this is a unlocked phone, it does not have that. You need a Verizon specific phone for that. But I thought all phones had it, I know my at&t does also.
The other phones I got from Verizon do have it and is the same price.

So please learn by my mistake and make sure before you purchase. It cost me a $45.00 restocking plus screen protector, ext for about $150.00 per phone.

Best Buy is phenomenal! The customer service was spot on. Kyle Szollar was my salesman for a new Samsung oven and microwave. He was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He took his time and price matched my stove with a local competitor. I actually had fun buying my new appliances. I will definitely be purchasing all my appliances and tech needs at Best Buy! Fantastic experience!

Purchased an oven on July 30, was to be installed August 23, SOS couldn't install it because a vent pipe needed to be cut, which he said they can't do. My son in law cut pipe that night and moved the oven out to the driveway, thinking installers would be right back, it now September 16 oven sits in my hallway.

I went shopping for a laptop. There was a total of 2 Representatives able to help in the entire store. And the two that there were only one of them had any clue how about things computer. There was no manager assistant manager or any management that was able to help me. Unless they happen to have what you want and you know exactly what that is I wouldn't bother we have lived this Best Buy anymore.

My Best Buy experience was FANTASTIC! I had an appointment with the Geek Squad. Zachary took care of my computer needs, he was super smart, courteous, polite and a pleasure to deal with!

They usually have everything electronic like tvs pc laptops and connectors HDMI USB etc.cell phones and accessories etc.

Good service experience on this visit while shopping for a new fridge. Can use a little more customer service awareness when someone is stuck with decision making on available models.

Sat on hold for 22 minutes after working through their amazingly ridiculous automated system and gave up. I recommend Target. Much easier.

Stopped while on a trip. I needed 2 things. They had exactly what I needed. I got the last of each. The rest of the trip was easier because of their help.

The associates on the floor make me feel like it's a hardship when I need to ask a question about the offered products. It's also quite difficult to get assistance. The associates at registers are much more friendly and welcoming. This is my typical experience at this location.

I had an issue with a laptop I ordered. But Ed in customer service geek squad went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I got a great deal I am very pleased. Highly recommend Best Buy especially for open boxes you can get awesome deals.

As soon as I walked in I was acknowledged and helped. They didn't try to rush me to get rid of me when I asked for help. Great customer service!

Unprofessional staff rude 100 people work there but not one can help they act busy so they don't have to help you and when you ask for help they say that's not they're section

Customer service told me i had an appointment to get my pc fixed cause “best buy has my back”. I come with my pc after waiting a week and they tell me they cant even scan it before i pay $150 terrible customer service.buy from somewhere who cares about helping their customers not just making money.

My wife and I had a terrible experience with a local BB delivery this past weekend (no fault at all of this store). We felt going in person would give us better luck in resolving an issue we spent all day on the phone with BB reps over. Spoke with Kyle and he was incredibly helpful. He resolved our issue in no time and followed up with a call the next day. Really wish I though of going in sooner.

I understand we are living in Covid times but employee help was very slow and it wasn't even busy, maybe 10 customers total.

Walked in there one evening around 5pm to purchase a new fridge and while this has nothing to do with the sales man Greg kudos to you for being so informative having the patience and being the knowledgeable person you are thanks a million. But on the other hand the manager and the other guy that had to stay a little bit after the store closed while Greg was helping me and my wife decide which fridge would fit our family were not courteous or even polite they were looking at Greg like they wanted to hurt him they gave him snotty looks and I felt so bad for Greg that I told him that would definitely come back the next day to finish up the sales which we ended up buying a lot more stuff almost ten grand of stuff the only one that had customer care and appreciation that nite was Greg the manager and the other guy that were there made us feel uncomfortable and if it wasn't for salesman Greg to be honest I would've walked out but Salesman Greg was so patient and answered all our questions made sure that the items were all available for a timely delivery thumbs down to the manager and the other gentleman who kept looking at Greg with dirty looks and to be honest that manager should be reprimanded by corporate cause he sure as hell doesn't understand customer care
If shopping at the store and you want someone who has the patience and the knowledge make sure you ask for Greg and hope that manager isn't around that day

Love bestbuy but the customer service here is exceptional to say the least. Employees are knowledgeable especially when handling delicate equipment
