Did not see what I needed at the time so I purchased one at Walmart. Just needed the computer to finish business work and order some products for my business.
Great customer service, I was so glad and happy! When i was able to get started on choosing networks! For my University! It is the best choice as an online student
Product selection is always great, however you always tend to feel it in your pocket more than most other stores. If I'm buying something from Best Buy it's most likely on clearance or on sale.
The employee was very helpful I explain what I was looking for he took he's time to help me. I'll give them 10+ amazing
Do not trust the Best Buy website when it says an item is available for pickup. After placing the order, the item is not actually available.
Waiting in a section for 45 minutes just for someone to help me, had to go have some one paged and that still took forever and they were unapologetic
Selection of product was ok. Staff was hard to find, but those we interacted with where intuitive, friendly, and accomodating. It was worth the drive.
Friendly folks at the pickup counter but I have to say thier frontage is a trash heap. @bestbuy please send an associate or two outside with a broom!

Roosevelt blvd northeast Philadelphia store.
I had a confirmed appointment to get an iphone battery replaced, got a follow up confirmation at 4: 00pm, showed up for my 5: 20pm appointment a little early, after standing in line Geek support tells me it will have to be left overnight the guy that does the battery change outs left early and went home!
Are you kidding me, you verified my appointment twice, I took time out of my very busy schedule because i trusted that you handle this small repair and you could not be courteous enough to contact me before i drove all the way there.
Employees are rude and dismissive to say the least at this location why would anyone want to do business there, also waited for more than 30 minutes to speak with a store manager to no avail.
I will absolutely make sure this experience gets around to everyone i know
Staff greeted us and asked if we needed help. Promptly escorted us to correct area and described product features to make our decision easier. Repeated for second item. Pricing was fair.
Surprisingly they had very good stock and there prices where very good being that I was purchasing in store rather than ordering online. I feel they are really trying to do better and I love Best Buy.
I walked in the door and asked a salesperson where I could find what I was looking for and he said go get in line and I will bring it to you and I did and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. This store was absolutely perfect for shopping quickly.
Knowledgeable about the tv's I was looking to purchase gave me info and choices of both models.

I came today to this store for online order store pickup.
Was around 4: 10pm and staff member, who presented as manager told me: pick up was unavailable, because my husband added me as second pick up person and after changes I need wait 1 hour. I asked her if I had any option and She says I need wait least 1 hour.
I went in my car and tried to get curbside service:
And got my items in 5 minutes.
I went inside and told to her why she made me so difficulty time, if was available get it in 5 min.
It’s very frustrating, disappointing, embarrassing
