18Poor customer service You can walk around in there in the TV department for 30 minutes and no one will even say can I help you
Geek squad is fabulous here! John was so helpful today in figuring out what the best approach for my laptop issue would be and not upselling us. He was so knowledgeable and kind and service was very fast!
The two Geek squad members who worked with professional, courteous, and patient. At most satisfying customer experience.
Haven't used device yet but Brandon was very helpful with advice picking the right tablet for me.
Large store with lots of choice. Friendly employees and fast service. Also spacious parking space, right in front of the door.
I liked it the store was clean and the staff was Courteous. And they were very knowledgeable about all the products they had. And if they didn't know they got someone who did. I say, fantastic store.
They were professional, and they helped me, i was stressed out about the broken TV that was shipped to me. They made the exchange easy.
Very friendly staff. I only used them to have my Samsung items shipped to their store for pickup. Once I was there, and since the staff was so nice, I found myself leaving with a huge Bluetooth speaker from UE called "Hyperboom", LOL. I hope that if anyone reading this goes that they have a great experience as well. Take care, -E
Very rude staff and management. Will not return. Deptford and Cherry Hill are much nicer locations.
Recently, I purchased a printer from Best Buy. So far, I love this product. It's a HP 4100 desktop 3-1, and I purchased it at a great price. Here's a photo of it in my home office.
Do not use their delivery. They suck. Do not use them for installation either. It is very hit or miss and caused me to lose almost $300 in food that went bad due to getting “Best Buy Delivery and Installation” ill just say it was a terrible and imposing experience. No refrigerator for almost 11 days.
Great place to buy electronics TVs. Mobile phones chargers mobile phone cases car radios laptops car radios shavers trimmers of variety of electronics
Go woke go broke did not receive help was in the store for an hr must not like my skin color
Literally consistently horrible customer service and they are super unprofessional. I hate this store I will never come back as this is Thru and Thru where they never greet you to acknowledge your presence. I been sitting here ten mins and asked me did I have an appt. The appt has nothing to do with being greeted with dignity and respect.

Complaint about store/store manager:
In November, I visited Best Buy to purchase a first-generation Apple Pencil. I informed the Best Buy representative about my preference, but they accidentally processed a second-generation pencil. They refunded it and processed a gen 1 pencil instead, but mistakenly handed us a gen 2 pencil. When I tried using it with my iPad at home, it didn't work. Although we intended to return it to Best Buy, the pencil ended up sitting on our counter for months.
Today (June 24th) at 10 am, we finally went to Best Buy located at 2300 S Christopher Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19148, to return it. The store manager's behavior was confusing and frustrating. We explained the situation, and initially, he agreed to refund us with store credit, even proposing a $10 deduction. However, he later changed his offer, stating that he couldn't proceed and dismissing our experience as a mere story from November.
This interaction made both my partner and me uncomfortable due to the haggling and the manager's implication that we were lying and at fault for the delay (not acknowledging the initial fault of the representative). He could have just said no. It was a strange experience, and it has led us to reconsider shopping at Best Buy. We will be taking our business elsewhere, including for the purchase of a washer and dryer combo.
I have been shopping when the company had 2 stores one on Chestnut St.and one on Roosevelt Blvd. Great prices very knowledgeable and great service.
I usual dont post reviews but I had such a bad experience, that it got me to this point. These employees they hire really don't help at all. Poor customer service. Bad attitude, and a few are slow. They had me wait for over 20 min just to get someone and tell them the phone I was trying to buy. Not only that, I had to wait even longer for the employee to get the phone. They are just time wasters. But considering that this is in South Philadelphia doesn't surprise me.
