19The staff was friendly, but I can't say much about the store since I found what I came for and was gone in 5 minutes.
I don't understand how Best Buy still exists.
I decide I want an HMDI switch. $12 on Amazon but I am in robinson so I'll stop in Best Buy. I know it'll be at minimum a few bucks more, but I'm like heck why not.
I look for the part for about ten mins and can't find it in computer accessories. I ask an associate and he gives me vague instructions back to go back where I was looking. I look another five mins. Still can't find.
I ask another associate, he takes me to TV section and shows me their offerings; a 3 port switch for $50 and a 4 port for $100.
He walks away and a lady walks up and asks me if I need help. I tell her "no I guess not. I can get this on Amazon for $12 and the cheapest you have is $50. ". "oh, well, ours is higher rated. ". "I (bleeping) hope so". "that's all I can say. "

So I decide, I'm gonna check out Xbox controllers the one I got on my PC is due for replacement and I been wanting to upgrade it a long time. So I find one I like, price check and it's $40 cheaper (SAME ONE) on Amazon. I ask if they price match and they're like YEAH but only if it's being fulfilled by Amazon.it was not. So
I walk outta there buying nothing having wasted my time.which, truthfully is kinda how I expected that to go. But HOW do they still exist? !
Similar to other reviews here…. Do not buy appliances from here. We wasted an entire workday waiting for our fridge. No communication. They said theyd arrive between 2-6. They showed up at 8.the fridge was damaged. So we wasted a work day for nothing. They rescheduled for the following week and installed. They offer to compensate with a gift card after calling the number they provide, which directs you to another country. They make promise after promise… a month later and we’ve never seen the gift card. They said we could go to Robinson Best Buy to pick it up if we gave a specific code. John, the manager, was patronizing and continued to tell us to call the same number that cannot seem to help. Will not buy any appliances from Best Buy in the future. I’d rather go to Lowe’s and save the trouble
Showed up before closing staff had no problem helping me and loading my purchase (tv) into my car thank you so much
They had no clue what their inventory in the store was. The computer system isn't always right, so yes, technology may be important. However, human knowledge is just as important. Train your store attendees on knowing what they have in stock.
Appliance purchasers beware. I am a Total Tech Member and bought a dishwasher that was supposed to be delivered and my old dishwasher hauled away. First appointment canceled without notification 1st work day missed. Second appointment old dishwasher removed but new dishwasher had a huge dent and wasn't installed, 2nd work day missed. Third appointment dishwasher was delivered but not installed 3rd work day missed. Fourth appointment dishwasher was finally installed, 4th day of missed work. Customer service said they would compensate two $150 refunds to my card for the inconvenience. One refund was provided and 3 customer service agents, 45 minutes of wasted time I have not been fully compensated as promised. Horrible experience. The delivery teams and installers were very professional.
This store does a good job, but at the national level, they are really dropping the ball with their racist and anti white policies. Looks like I will be buying from other vendors moving forward.
The store (and restrooms) are clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. But there are a lot of bare shelves that are starting to remind me of the last years of fry’s electronics.
Was looking for a MiniUSB cord. I walked in, was greeted, and directed to the proper counter. A sales associate was paged to meet me. He inspected my device and made my selection. He went even further by taking me to the desk to try/demonstrate the cord. It was there he taught me "miniUSB. "
I was pleased with the superior service by both men. Made the purchase and was quickly on my way.
Took my laptop in for diagnostic testing. The Geek Squad agent was very helpful and understood the problem. My laptop had to remain at the store for extensive diagnostic testing.
Found everything I was looking for. Although near the robot vacuums, it was a bit confusing on pricing and the comparisons. Although I did eventually understand it.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. We were just window shopping but in every department had someone ask if we needed help without being pushy. The selection was very good and the store was neat and clean.
Absolutely horrible customer service, stood in appliance section for 20 minutes and no one offered to help us, didn't even see an associate walk by to ask for help, wouldn't have been able to buy something if I wanted to, store has gone way down hill, will never go back
Very nice area they greet you as soon as you walk into the door I need the apartment you go to and someone there waiting to greet you ready to help.
Very helpful staff, not pushy, very willing to provide me with useful information relevant to my purchase.
Always friendly associates and nice products. Was in here recently and had made an appointment with the tech. He didn’t seem interested at all in helping me fix one of my electronics. He seemed very much as I was inconveniencing his day. Could’ve just been an off day for him. Will be back to maybe try out geek squad again.
Just like every other Best Buy, I would guess. Disappointed in the options OF Samsung phone cases, or lack thereof.
Had stereo system installed in my truck. Excellent service friendly and knowledgeable staff. Did an excellent job would highly recommend
