23They are obviously understaffed, the employees who are there come off very snooty, the return policy is horrible, if you buy a phone it does not function properly and return it the very next day you will be charged a $45 restocking fee. All I can say is if you plan on shopping there make sure you do your research before you get there and pray to God nothing goes wrong with the product after you leave the store.
Some of the staff working in this store don't value customers. They ignore you for no reason, and the worst thing that happened to me today (03/17/2021) was when I wanted to ask for help; the employee told me, and I quote, " go to the return if you want to return an item" and left me. Remember, I haven't even asked what I wanted help with. There is nothing better than the value and the dignity of the person in a human relationship. Educated people listen and understand non-judgmentally, and I don't think the person I met today in this store considers the environment and the people around him.
Refused to answer a question or help unless you were on their online list. We're out of stock of a lot of things
Workers are very lazy they just stood there didnt asked if they could help you nothing i ended up taking my bussiness else where
Well in the first place, we were stopped as we were coming through the door by a couple of people who said if you want any help in finding anything you got to tell us up front here so that we can put you into the queue. I did not like that at all. Why can't I just go down and look for what I need and then if I can't find it just walk over to a salesperson and ask them? I left the store and I won't return
The way the store is set up was a little confusing but other than that no problems and the staff was very friendly

Tech geek here so you will want to buy everything if you find a rep who likes what you like you will have a good experience talked to a guy in the electronics and he helped me choose a new monitor for my gaming setup.
Love this store all the entertainment needs in one place but the only thing I don't like they'll eliminate it the rewards program for buying new games. I don't know if I'm going to keep on going there.
Purchased top of the line laptop, scanner/printer which im very happy with. Only issue i had was with geek squad tech Services, purchased upgrades to have them install and it took the tech quite a long time to complete. Didn't seem t ok know what they were doing. He had to consult the back of the store multiple times.
We joined the Geek Squad $200 a year for all your devices and I did have a problem with a device and they fixed it up for me totally free explained everything to gigs or what you need
Best buy is always great at providing cooperative prices with the availability to return items locally, if needed. They will match most online prices.
Still my favorite place to shop electronics. Just make sure to compare prices because they will match most places including amazon.
There is great customer service at this location. Much better than the York location.

Ordered online for store pickup for a computer emergency repair part (power supply). Knew exactly what I needed, in stock, on sale, had it ready for me by the time I got there. I was in & out of the store in 5 minutes. Flawless Victory.
I like that and can deal with real nice people that know what they talking about. The prices are lower than actual Apple store and Amazon, at least for the items I purchased. Stay Strong!)
I came looking for a computer part that had died in a system. Looked the part up online, and best buy's price was reasonable. Went in to the store, and staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I'd definitely stop by again if I was in a pinch and needed something very fast
It was a very, very, long process. Lots of confusion and when we finally got someone to wait on us, they were out of the item we went for. It was on sale, so obviously you shouldn't stock a lot so you can control your losses. Pretty disappointing.
