23Have a remote start put in my Pilot, the guys were very professional & went over everything with me. Would definitely let them work on my vehicle again.
I'm sure Best Buy is fine for other services but I would not recommend them for appliance installation. We ordered a washer and dryer from them and when they came to install, told us they wouldn't fit in the door and left. Did my own research and found they should have fit just fine but the installers measured the box and not the appliances themselves. Called to reschedule and sat on hold for 45min. Finally went to the store and spoke to customer service. She rescheduled for two days later. I then got an email a few hours later saying I need to make an appointment for installation. I call back and again get no answer after 20min. Called Best Buy's main 800 number and get someone who tells me they can do the installation on the day scheduled but they wouldn't have the appliances available. I explained that the appliances were just at my house that morning and that there's no reason they shouldn't be available. She told me she would have to email the local store for an update and it could take 24hrs for a response. At this point, I cancelled the order and went to Home Depot and got the same washer/dryer.
I picked up an otterbox cover for my iPad. At first, they could not find the otterbox on the shelf. Turns out, someone put a different otterbox in front of the one I needed. I had great service at Best Buy.
Great store, bought cd player for my truck and they installed quickly. Sounds great and great service. The wait for instalation was long about a month. Friendly staff and they don't badger you if just walking around looking. Will be back again.
Terrible service. Waited 1/2 hour for someone to get a TV off an upper shelf. Need more people who can do physical labor. Not more lazy supervisor s.
I had just gotten a new phone and my husband and I went to get some new accessories for his phone and mine. Friendly and helpful staff, willing to price match, and helped us out when the computer decided Amazon's prices for price matching were a bit too low in it's opinion. Definitely would shop here again.
Spoke with workers in the garage regarding automatic car starter. Both employees were very helpful.
Geek Squad is completely useless. They require appointments for every little thing, including an appointment to issue a refund when they aren’t capable of fixing a laptop problem. One customer service rep was actually smacking gum while explaining that she would have to schedule another appointment to install a new battery.
Good people there. I just bought the s10+ and can't remember the kids name but he was great. Got through pretty quick.
I had several things I needed to speak to a professional about for advise and again I was not disappointed! They told me what I already knew and gave me direction rather than trying to oversell me on products I didn't need! Impressive is how I describ my visit and yes I did purchase an item that I researched beforehand and it was the same item the associate steared me to!
Its a good place to buy electronics but they will not allow you to try the oculus. You have to guess if it is good
No selections of what I wanted and for same models it was more expensive than nearby stores. Went back to other store for what I wanted!
I didn't know there was Best Buy location that work on your electronics onsite for Pa it's in York only. It was worth the drive to have my cell phone fixed. The Geek Squad knows there stuff!
They were all very helpful and we were able to complete our goal of updating the cell phone. Thanks to all who helped our "low vision" needs!
Best Best buy I have been to. Helpful associates that actually approach and ask to help. Not pushy. Knowledgeable without making the shopper feel stupid. Inventory was great and if out is something more than willing to find in another store or to order and get it to you fast. Service oriented.not just there to hang out and get a check. Had everything I needed and was in and out and happy.
Some staffs are really helpful where some are really annoying and I did not even feel like to talk. Often taking a pick over my shoulders which made me feeling like if I were a shoplifters. Does not have the latest things.
Great electronic entertainment box store that will match major online prices. I buy all larger purchases from them in case I need to return them. Hassle free returns and great customer service.
I LOVE Best Buy! The people that work there are awesome. They are so helpful, kind and eager to make your experience there nothing short of amazing. Whatever you need.they will go 200% to find it for you or put you in touch with the right people. If you haven't been there for awhile.make the trip.it is SO worth it.
Good place to go if you cannot wait for Amazon to deliver what you need. A little more pricey then online but if you need it now, you need it now.
