Took over an hour and a half for delivery. Food was cold and missing egg rolls. Used to be a regular customer, but sadly the service has declined and prices have gone up.

Never listen to instructions. Have asked for well done rice and well done chicken wings.they never listen. The fried rice did not even looked fried it is undercooked wet and yellow rice with onions and peas. The white rice and broccoli are very okay. I am disappointed as we paid $15 a person and the quality and portions doesn’t come close. Will not be ordering again. Also some parts of the order was cold. Did deliver in the 45 minute delivery window though.

I really love their food so tasty and you can also eat there too lots of parking and friendly staff

This is the 2nd time I ordered ahead with a specific pick up time and my order was not ready at all. In fact when I walked in, some of the staff were chilling on their phone. NOT ALL ALL HAPPY WITH THIS HAPPENING 2 TIMES IN A ROW. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because their food isn't terrible.

The fried chicken pork fried rice combo was awesome and chicken very crispy.
The chicken and broccoli was delicious.
Order of garlic sauce was fantastic.
I don't ear egg rolls but even those were delicious.
A nice hidden gem in Exeter.

After years of patronage, I’ve decided that I’m done! At 2: 34pm I tried to place an order. It was rejected “because the lunch specials were only available until 3pm. ” The “estimated time of delivery, was 3: 09pm, ” and that’s what they based that on! Angry, but still hungry, I ordered the $12 Honey Chicken instead and the $2 egg roll that should have come with my $7 lunch special. It was the worst honey chicken I’ve ever tried. Flavorless lumps of softened batter shell sliding off of tiny pieces of what might have been chicken. Disgusting. And the egg roll, it’s half a long, and half as wide as it’s supposed to be. It was so beat down in philo that the cabbage was nearly non existent. Hard, dry, tasteless. After paying the $3 delivery charge, the $5 tip, and the $22 bill I was out $30 bucks and as hungry as ever. They are not the ‘best, ’ not even close.

Hopped in here for a random craving and they definitely satisfied with their quick and fresh take out! I was disappointed that their regular dinner / combination platters were all around ~$12/$13, but other than that, great!

Didn't even get to try the food but just based off of service I won't bother. I placed an order online the website says minimum order $15 order was charged 23.01 to my card and I waited over an hour and a half finally decided to call only ro be told they wouldn't deliver to my area for orders less than $30. My place is 5.5 miles away and their website says they deliver 7 miles away.

I ordered food from here and I only got one of the items I ordered. Everything else was different or I was missing items. The item that was right my wife threw in the trash it did not taste right.never getting food from here again.

My 1st & last time eating here.my chicken wings were yellow like they were deep fried in mustard. My pork fried rice was the texture of the candy Nerds. I should have just eaten pb&j.say whatever u want about the city of Reading, but there's a good variety of tasty Chinese restaurants.

Their food is good but this is the second time I have ordered food from them and had to wait crazy wait times. Tonight I ordered online and it told me 6pm pickup, I go to pick up and I waited more than an hour! They keep taking orders, but not fulfilling the current orders of people who were there for pickup. I will never again come here for this alone. I will take my business elsewhere. Very disappointed as it is close to home.

I was a fan until they moved. They tell you it’s 10-15 minutes for pick-up and I waited more than an hour and they ran out of white rice (not sure how that happens at a Chinese restaurant). While waiting I heard the employee telling people 10 minutes for pick-up clearly lying to them. Not worth the wait and will go to China penn since it’s closer now. What a disappointment!

My husband and I ordered sweet and sour chicken and chicken chow mein tonight. It was hard to get through but once I got there our order was taken very well. It was the best sweet and sour chicken we had. Not greasy and light puffy around the chicken. I ordered one spring roll and it must have been baked or air fried-no grease at all.
Even the fried noodles and fortune cookies were nice and crunchy fresh.

Food is good but delivery needs a lot of help. My food was supposed be here at 6: 24 and its 6: 55 and no food
