Jim G.replaced three toilets in our new home. He was polite and efficient! His workmanship was super!

The house across the street is getting work done. These guys ate many bags chips, sodas, bottles of water throughout the day then threw ALL OF THEIR TRASH into the hole they dug up for plumbing and buried it all. They also buried the old pipes into the same hole instead of properly disposing of them. This will probably cause problems for the new homeowners in the future. This is a house that’s being renovated and will be sold. How unprofessional and disgusting.

This business is A plus! The first tech they sent out cleared the drain and I was happy…but an hour later it clogged again. I called and BC plumbing immediately responded. Donald Troy the technician came out walked us through each step and also showed us where the clog was located. He also offered to clean up the tub and did leave his work area clean. He went above and beyond not to leave me clogged again! I will definitely call them again if needed.

Had the pleasure of having Seph and Anthony B work on replacing our curb trap yesterday morning. They were very professional, polite, and most importantly, they were knowledgeable and got the job done.
I would very much appreciate to have them back if we are ever in need of plumbing services and would definitely recommend them to others as well.

This is by far the WORST customer service and service that I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. This company serviced a plumbing issue that I had been having. They assured me that they were certain of what the issue was. After they completed the work, I went and paid to get my basement renovated only to find that the plumbing issue had worsened! I called to tell them and all they suggested was to do the SAME EXACT THING that they’d done before. The woman who answers the phone tried suggesting things to me without even sending someone who was “knowledgeable” out.

I reached out to multiple other companies and EVERY SINGLE PERSON said that Best Choice knowledge was limited because the “issue” that I paid for was not even my issue! After paying Best Choice to put a bandaid on the issue and investing to get my basement fixed, I found out that I had to get the basement dug up because of the actual issue in which Best Choice didn’t even come close to finding out.

I have contacted Best Choice at least ten times to report this to a manager and they have been purposely ignoring me. I have been extremely kind and professional. The manager Katie has yet to return my call when the front desk apparently wrote her a note multiple times.

Do NOT hire this company if you are looking for experienced, professionalism. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! 0/10!

I am a tenant who needed assistance with my disposal under my sink. My technician was Jim G who was great. Very professional, kind, explained everything to me before leaving. I highly recommend this company to anybody who needs help. Jim you were great and keep up the good work.

Had to get the a backflow assembly installed at my place. Plumber Jim G came on time and got the job done quickly. Knew what he was doing and very professional. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing problems in the future.

I have a leak coming from my shower to the unit under me, the plumber this company sent did nothing but just stand around and talk to me like I knew what he was talking about, he did NOT attempt to look where a leak could possibly be coming from, but instead insisted I calk part of the floor of my shower, and like a fool I agreed to to be charged $190 to have some calk ran across part of my shower floor. Another plumbing company wasting peoples time and money.

Oh and save that "you aren't in our database cr*p, " your plumber was here today!

Don, Ivan and crew were communicative during the process and elaborated on what was going on. Jimmy came back, answered every question and guided me through how to best service my new boiler. The workers know their business.some challenges getting paperwork, but these guys made it worth the wait. Don really made sure we were taken care of, and for that, I am grateful!

Sam L.does it again! Sammy from Best Choice Plumbing and Heating consistently saves the day, whether the issues are big or small. Today, Sam jetted all the lines and stacks in my apartment building which addressed a drainage issue in the basement. A few weeks ago, Sam coordinated a curb trap replacement at another property and guided me through the entire process. Sam's recommendations are practical and reasonable and his decades of experience allows him to identify and resolve problems quickly because he's seen it all. Sam coordinates well with his technicians and the back office which results in accurate scheduling and timely resolution of problems.
