I bought a trimmer and it stopped working after a week put it in for service and it’s been almost a month and still nothing the service department is horrible and should be fired I’ve called numerous occasions and they lied to me every time I would never go here ever again

Walked into the dealership they had no sales representative in on a Saturday. Left my contact info never called back. Talked to the manager and still haven’t gotten a call back. I could’ve bought a tractor from them but luckily found a different bobcat dealer near me and they got me into what I was looking for

Cannot recommend more highly! After terrible experiences with UHaul renting trailers these guys have made it so much easier. I’m not a contractor, just a person who needs to rent a trailer a few times a year. They just had one transferred from another BL for me for just a single day rental.

Overall good customer service. Parts department is primarily the branch I'm in contact with, as well as, to a lesser extent, the service dept. Vince in parts is the Ace.

I’m a contractor in WC, first time I’ve used them. Needed a 19 foot scissor lift, they gave me one that was over 20 years old with operation controls that should have been replaced years ago, very difficult to use.
Will never rent from them again!

Everyone I dealt with at the West Chester location was very helpful and courteous on a new piece of equipment I purchased. When they learned of a manufacturer delay they provided a loaner for a few days to help me get my job done.
In addition they offered me a far better price on my new machine, over 12 percent less than a competing dealer.
I highly recommend Best Line of West Chester for the contractor or homeowner like me that has a need for commercial equipment.

Follow up to my review.two years later my new Hustler 104 stopped running. I broguht it back and to my suprise they worked very hard to get the faulty wiring harness replaced under warranty. In the interim they gave me a loaner machine at no cost to cut grass. Everyone there works hard to give outstanding customer service. This is not an easy business but they make it positive for me every time I come in for anything. Great organization. I will buy and rent all my equipment from here as a result.

I contacted Best Line last Thursday about a Stihl backpack blower. I was told by Jim that he would call me back and let me know if they had one in inventory. On Friday, I called back as I had not heard back from Jim. The following day, Jim told me that they did not have one in stock, but that he could order one for an additional $40. He then said that he valued my business because of my past purchases and would check with a manager and call me back to see if he could waive the $40 fee. He said he would let me know by the end of the day. I never heard back from Jimthat day. Jim was off the weekend and on Monday. Jim did not call me on Tuesday. On Wednesday I called Jim again and asked about the status. Jim had nothing new to offer and said it was a “hectic” day. I told Jim that I wanted him to know that he just lost my business. His response- “I apologize. ” I have never tried so hard to get a business to take my money. I was hoping to stay local, but I will shop elsewhere. Just wanted to share my experience.
