If so go else where. Don't get me wrong they have a amazing maintenance and service shop.

But management and sales is soooooo lacking.

Best place to go for all your outdoor needs. Everyone that works there is so kind and helpful. Will return.

I have been a good customer. I bought an rtv 900 a few years later bought a zd221 mower. Last fall I went in an priced a tractor an inquired about trading in my rtv 900. The salesman said to send him pictures and he would get back with me. I never heard a thing. I made multiple attempts to contact him left msgs never heard back. I stopped in talked to the parts counter. They didn't know where he was or when he would be back. I ended up buying a new holland

It’s very disappointing when you go out and spend over $65,000 on a new Kubota Tractor and before you use one tank of fuel it breaks down. But it’s very encouraging that the Salesman you bought it from and the Service Tech from Bestline take care of the issue. And the Service Manager from Bestline calls to make sure that your satisfied Customer. Thanks Brian…. I have bought 3 pieces of equipment plus attachments from Bestline in the last couple of years and will continue to use them for my equipment needs.

Way overpriced for outdated equipment, was told one thing and charged another, rented the equipment for a job involving a non profit organization and now have to eat $8,000

Part was ordered to be there in 2-3 days I waited 4 before I called them they said it never got ordered then got called back 15min later said it was there went to get it and shipping was way more than they told me not impressed

Brought my 4 wheeler to be fixed told to leave it and they would give estimate on cost, they told me it would need certain parts at a cost of 1 thousand dollars and could not guarantee that that it would run!? But it cost me 100 dollars for Thier time! Rip Offs!
