I had a good experience for the first time there! Good community and got exactly what I payed for

This place is pretty good. I only allow Jen to do my eyebrows, she’s also good with mani/pedi. I would stay away from the gentleman that works there. His work isn’t good, at least that’s my opinion.

The place is clean everyone's nice one complaint was the person that did my feet was not able to do my hands I would prefer one person it goes faster and more efficiency I had to wait at least 15 minutes for someone else to do my hands don't like that if it happens again I won't be back

There was about a 20 minute wait when I arrived on a Thursday evening around 5: 30pm. I was then directed to a seat to have my pedicure done first and then I had my nails done.

I did the regular polish on my feet and gel polish on the fingernails but it has not been a week yet and the polish on my nail have already began to peel. I’m not happy about that so I will not be going back to this place.

This is unfortunate because the price of $50 for a mani/pedi made me happy.

Had to move four times. Each time someone did a different procedure before the service was completed. My hands were only in the manicure bowl less then 5 minutes, it looked like I didn't have one. The color I received was no where near what I chose. Why did I stay and paid? I was visiting, needed my nails done. Can wait until I get back to my nail Salon in Cheraw. Thanks to Henry's.

Me and my sister went to get our nails done. They were busy that day so I think they rushed through our nails. Mine didn’t look bad, but didn’t look amazing. My sisters nails looked horrible and she was not happy.

I’ve been here twice and haven’t had a good experience with either. The lady did half my pedicure — one foot was done perfectly. The second one was clipped unevenly and then painted over sloppily. No filing or evening out — nothing.

Greatest nail salon in Chestnut Hill. Ginny has been doing my eyebrows for years. I recently started getting mani/pedi and she does an excellent job. Everyone is very friendly at this shop. Since COVID they have implemented all safety precautions. I feel safe going to this shop. A much needed treat for myself while working from home now. It's good to pamper yourself.

Absolutely ridiculous. Came in for an acrylic set and the polish still won’t come off even after keeping them in acetone for HOURS. There was no need to make them that thick. Extremely stupid

They have become very unprofessional. I was not please with the out come of my nail. My nails were messy there was polish on the side of my fingers. I was just done
