I was in a total jam and never knew propane was used in the hot water heater in our new home. I called on Thursday night at 615pm when they were closed hoping for a call back Friday. I got a call back Thursday night! They came out the next morning and filled it up so we could give the kids a bath and take showers for work! This service is unbelievable. These guys are incredible and Jill was perfect. So blessed to have been recommended to them.

What an incredible bunch of people! These folks are super friendly, incredibly easy to work with and they are definitely on the ball! I was looking for a propane tank to add a heater to my garage, they knew exactly what I needed and got it to me in very short order. If you need anything propane related do yourself a favor and call these folks first.

BEST Propane company EVER! Our old company decided to sell the business, didn't tell anyone and the day we were to get propane (auto delivery per CONTRACT) said opps, we wont be there til next week, maybe (But they could take out auto bank payment on time). We were almost out. We called Columbia and they were out THE NEXT DAY! This fill, I called at 35% in the Am, they said it would be by the end of the week, I came home to a delivery slip! Office ladies are always pleasant and helpful. We wont go anywhere else. I wish we had found them sooner!

This company is so nice and understanding! They really treat you like your a person and not just a customer! The woman I spook to on the phone was so sweet and helpful and caring! Dont forget the drivers, BEST drivers also i have a 1/2 mile driveway that looks more like a motocross track, but no problem for them good common sense drivers. The price for propane just is crazy cheap, you can't burn fire wood for what they sell it for and yes the office help is great. Thanks Best Price don't change a thing
