Best Western Inn At Blakeslee-Pocono

The elevator smelled very bad and the room door was wobbly and didn't seem very safe even with the lock engaged on the door.

This place was outstanding the rooms are just my size the service was outstanding and the location couldn't have been better highly recommended even the price was fairly good

The overnight staff who checked us in after I booked the room through Best Western's central call center was absolutely atrocious to deal with. She accused me of booking on Expedia and insisted foraging through my phone to see which number I called. Literally took the phone from my hand. She sighed so much I thought she was having an asthma attack.

Having said that, the room was fantastic complete with Uber comfortable bed.

I'll stay here again unless I happen to arrive when that staff member is working.

I ordered my door dash to the hotel instead of my work address and the gentleman at the front counter went out of his way to bring it to me. I was amazed at the level of customer service the staff displayed. Rooms were clean and they have a great pool with a cathedral ceiling in the back. Thank you for a nice stay!

Due to dynamic pricing paid over $200 for a day. Room smelled like cheap motel. Rustic and cheap wood smell, hard to describe. Found hair on pillows and some dirty pillows. Regret staying here.
Have to admit breakfast was only thing good.

Rooms were very clean. Staff in the evening were great. The snack stand next to the front desk was really stocked with a wide variety. They carried lots of other items that you may have forgotten. They had pill packs for headaches ect too! The breakfast was really fantastic. The pool. OMG! It was so warm! The pool was clean and very warm! Perfect for our October stay. The tiles around the pool were heated! Yes! Heated!? The sauna was nice too. We swam after our dinner out and then after breakfast, we swam again before check out.
Check out was at 12, which was a nice surprise to not feel so rushed. I would definitely recommend staying here. I took their card so I had the right place to stay again when we return.
*It was also pet friendly. Which was really nice to see.

My sisters and I stayed for a weekend and the staff was so nice and and inviting from the beginning of our stay. Breakfast was great and had lots of options and everything was fresh. The pool and sauna was amazing! The pool and tile floors are heated which was so perfect during the chilly nights of our stay. Rooms were clean and spacious enough for us. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

This was a very nice Best Western. The room was clean, the breakfast was what you would expect. The location is good, just off the highway. It was the perfect place for a one night stop and was pet friendly.

Got stuck w a broken down truck and the hotel was across the street. Lady felt bad and gave me some discounts. Room was clean. Love the 12 noon check out. Nice hotel

Had a wonderful night stay the night before my wedding. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice.

This hotel is in the heart of the poconos. Usually full, very clean and staff is very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was delicious especially the eggs. Waffle machine makes 4 mini waffles which were delicious Hotel lobby smelled great as well as the rest of the hotel. It was VERY clean. The staff was very friendly and always cleaning. Front desk gave restaurant recommendations which was very helpful. Pool was relaxing and so was the sauna. They don't have a gym but I walked around the perimeter to get some exercise. Room was comfy and spacious! Love the fact that it came with a microwave and fridge Definitely will stay again.

All staff was very friendly, clean rooms, but there was definitely a noise issue. Either the walls are thin or the room doors don’t keep out noise but I could hear everything in the room next to me and in the halls very clearly. Was a little disruptive. They definitely need better sound proofing. Other than that, comfortable stay.

Wonderful checkin at 1am young man was very nice clean room plenty of towels very cold ac slept wonderful didn’t hear any guest unless I was in the hallway and the breakfast was amazing got to make my own yogurt cup with plenty of options and the eggs were so fluffy I didn’t taste the mini waffles but man they smelled so good definitely coming back to stay again

It was the cleanest Best Western I've ever been in. The complimentary breakfast smelled good. It went fast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Meh, no water in the rooms, beds were terrible, a/c didn't really work and the pillows were from a couch, not a queen size pillow. Too expensive for the little you get.

The response from the owner only proves my point further. Rude and unprofessional. From the front desk worker to the manager. What kind of establishment is willing to tell lies to avoid accountability? The floor was wet, no warning sign was posted, someone fell and our entire family was there to see it. A report was filed and zero accountability was taken. Funny how it was claimed that the front desk worker "saw nothing", but now my husband purposely avoided the floor mats? How insulting to insinuate that a veteran who served our country would be too dumb to wipe their feet.

I should have read the reviews before we booked this place. Extra charges on CC, rude employees. Stay away. I'm not even going to explain what happened. Just go somewhere else.

Update: like I said before this place is terrible. Just find another hotel and you will be happy you didn't stay here. The male staff were very threatening to the females in the group. We felt like we were visiting one of those countries where women a treated like property. Stay away from this place.

Read the other reviews. Extra charges on credit cards after you checkout and one or two rude employees seems to be consistant in the complaints.
