Best Western Plus Concordville Hotel, Glen Mills PA

Rented a room for my son 16th birthday party and it was great. They have a pool, game room and basketball court. The people there are nice and friendly

The cleaning sucked there was food in the elevator for the old time I was staying there and I think it's over rated

My family stayed in 8 rooms here for my wedding onsite. We were all impressed with the front desk staff and the breakfast staff especially Ricardo. The hot breakfast was decent. We thoroughly enjoyed family time in the hotel pool and patio area and the game room. Game room is a little pricey and could use some updates to the crane machines but overall a fun time. The gym looked very nice, we didnt utilize. We would definitely stay again for a staycation or to attend an event.

Clean affordable quiet hotel! The front desk staff was so courteous and kind! I requested the use of the grill and they accommodated without any delay! The appearance of the grounds added to the peace I was looking for. Close to all major stores for shopping too!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Upon arrival there was an issue with my reservation. The GM (Ms. Meg Rowe) did an excellent job at juggling her responsibilities and correcting my deficiency. The hotel has a welcoming appearance and the rooms are clean with a fresh smell. You are guaranteed to have a good night's rest. If I am ever back in this area, I will definitely stay here again. My parents and I were very pleased with our stay.

There were dry urine around my toilet from previous guest and was never cleaned up during my week stay, they never vacuumed

Lots of construction in front of the hotel. That was okay. I do not recommend drinking the orange juice at breakfast. I found a large clump of rodent hair in my juice. Fortunately I had not taken a sip prior to it floating to the top. When I reported it to the restaurant staff they simply took away my cup of juice. No apology for finding the hair or thanked for reporting it. The staff didn’t even shut down the juice dispensing machine. Who knows how many people may have been sickened by this. I don’t recommend this hotel based solely on the attitudes exhibited by this staff. I found the staff to be rude and not caring.

Nice room, great breakfast, helpful staff. The hotel was nice and clean, conveniently located. I had dinner at the restaurant on site- no issue finding gluten free options!

Bathroom toilets are very short in height from the floor. Very uncomfortable to use unless you are a child!
Housekeeping Was incomplete! Used cups remained on the room after it was supposed to have been cleaned.
The Drapes in the room were sheer, with no instructions for locating the opaque Curtains that were positioned underneath the Sheer Draperies. The hallways were Musty! There was no air circulating in the Hallways. These issues can be easily remedies my use of Dehumidifier, Deordorizers! "The Devil Is in the Details! " Time for a Quality Control Review!

Beautiful property. Watch for roaming geese. Fast, friendly check in. Spotless, large room. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Mini Keurig in-room. Comfortable bed, lots of pillows. Logical and intuitive placement of light switches. Bathroom is large, with lighted makeup mirror and hairdryer. Hot water is very hot.
Breakfast room is large and welcoming. Coffee was very good; if you need more than a small cup, bring your own travel mug. The hotel offers great amenities I didn't use-business center, coin-op laundry, indoor pool. I'd happily stay here again.

Breakfast was terrific, room was comfortable clean and quiet, Price was slightly less than other options but very centrally located to many restaurants and amenities.could not find anything wrong, less than 15 min to Longwood Gardens.

I came here to help coordinate a seminar. Luis was our main point person and he was fabulous! Can’t give him enough praise! He was very personable and attentive. The facility was gorgeous and I definitely hope I am able to do more seminars here.

Great accommodations, close to my family and attractions. I was traveling with grand children. We loved the pond and beautiful lobby. I would highly reccomend.

Great place to stay. Would've gave them a 5 star rating, but the pool was Cold, and those powdered eggs were horrible. Couldn't eat. Very upscale.
