Great stay from the moment we arrived where Shae welcomed us warmly. She provided information on the area and helped us find an excellent restaurant for dinner. Thank you Shae!

It is a nice hotel. It is an old building but has been kept well. The staffs are quite helpful, especially Chris and Jennifer were very nice.
The hot breakfast is included: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sauted veggies, gravey, Sauvage, etc.
The pool is outdoor and small but it was great for the hot weather to chill in.

Clean and comfortable hotel located on city square which is convenient to stores and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is free parking in the rear surface lot.

The location is in the inner city with a lot of homeless looking shady people hanging around outside. The hotel itself is very old, definitely needs updating on every level. I felt it was dirty. Hallways had no airflows and smelled musty. The room was clean bit could use updating. Bathroom had gaps in the ceiling Toilet rocked and not in a good way. I guess I expected more for $170. Didn’t feel safe with the surrounding area

We stayed here for 4 nights over memorial day weekend. We booked this place mainly after reading about their "award winning" breakfast with "Chef Anthony". What a joke that was. Breakfast was served in a dusty dirty old restaurant that looks like it was a night club shut down in 1980. Food was awful. Everything tasted super stale and old. After the first attempt, we decided it wasn't worth the risk of food poisoning to our family and had to get breakfast elsewhere each day. This added unplanned for expense to our trip. The price to stay here is also WAY too much considering the place is very outdated with little to no amenities. Not to mention the area it is located in felt very unsafe. I would not want to be outside around this area past dusk. Lots of drug addicts wandering the streets.
Paid in excess of $730 to stay here for only those 4 nights. Way overpriced.

Decent clean hotel. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Most importantly, the AM and PM front desk people, and the chef for the breakfast, were the best staff I’ve encountered in a long time. All three were excellent.

Everyone that works here showed superb hospitality! Thank you for making it such a comfortable stay.

Went for a polka dance. Sold out, wonderful music, dancing and loads of fun. Is on service electric too! Absolutely wonderful evening

Stayed here one night after seeing show. The rooms were nice and clean and the service great. The Chef who made breakfast was great and very helpful. He even made a few special things guests made. Service above and beyond!

Very clean and welcoming this place is out of ordinary for it's decor you have everything you need right here
Breakfast is Awesome more choices than any others I been too. Rooms are spacious, modern, and Clean.

Rooms are dated, but had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. Has a mini store open 24/7 which I thought was awesome & the lady behind the desk (im terrible with names) was the sweetest, most funny and helpful hotel employee I've ever met. The complimentary buffet style breakfast was AMAZING & the cook was very friendly also, making sure we had everything we needed to be satisfied.

This is an older hotel kept in beautiful condition, from the windows to the beds to the floors. No complaints. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful free breakfast in a beautiful dining room. Will stay here again.

I stayed here recently for a training downtown. Simone at the front desk was fantastic. She allowed me to park there and keep my food in the employee refrigerator as I was too early to check in, which she didn't have to do. The room was clean and quiet, gym was neat and clean too. Breakfast was fantastic! Going back in June and will stay here again. Thank you! 5 stars!

Far from the highway, room to be renovated. The whole hotel should be refreshed.
Lunch too much cha-cha for nothing, American food and terrible coffee. Should invest on hotel instead of big lunch buffet.
Slept poorly, tiny pillows and uncomfortable bed. Poor shower. Hotel too expensive for a stay.

I really don't recommend this hotel.

This is an old, downtown building so the rooms are old but clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They are pet friendly and have restaurant that offers room service options.
