Recently ordered flowers for a funeral. The selection was quite large, reasonably priced and delivered in a timely manner. The family of the deceased was impressed. I contacted the florist via email and found their customer service to be outstanding. Highly recommended.

Called to ask a question about homecoming flowers, the individual on the phone was rude, she seemed annoyed I even called, and hung up before I could finish my sentence. Can't speak to the quality of their arrangements as I certainly didn't make it that far.

Bethel Park/Wallace Flowers is my go to florist for everything from funerals, to personal indulgences and everything in between. Their arrangements are always beautiful as well as affordable.

Recently I needed them for my first full (personal) funeral package. They were so patient, and accommodating and even offered suggestions. Ultimately they provided the most beautiful Fall themed arrangements which truly honored my mother. The price was also less than I envisioned.

Not only was the arrangement that they delivered for my wife sensational, they went above and beyond great customer service by fixing an order mistake that was actually my fault, as I perceived a color on the website incorrectly. Called the shop 1 hour before closing on a Saturday holiday weekend. The proprietor said that, although they would soon be closed and not open Sunday, the flowers could be ready in one hour. They would not take a credit card and said I could pay on pickup. Great flower arrangement, customer service, and saved me for my wife's Monday holiday birthday! Highly recommended.

Wallace Bethel Park Flowers did such a wonderful job for my wedding this past summer. I brought in a few reference photos of what I like and Chris and John were able (like always) to take my ideas and make them even better in reality. From the pew bows at the ceremony to the centerpieces at the reception everything was more beautiful than I could have hoped for.
