This was my first time trying a new place to get my nails done in about 10 years and I was very impressed. They really took their time shaping my nails and even offered a massage while my nails dried. The salon was very clean and open. The only thing I didn't like was that I was rushed picking my color.

I arrived a half an hour prior to my appointment. During my appointment time the nail technician starts working on a full set on another customer. I had scheduled this appointment two weeks before. What ever happened to good customer service?

Really nice job on my nails they do good job in my work I work a lot with water my hands are always wet and still they stay nice

I was very dissappointed.they were not able to do the style that i want so i asked for a plain white but she did not even clean my nails well
I could've done them better on my own

I have been coming here for years. The staff is kind and professional. $25 base pedicures and they are just as wonderful as the more expensive options. They are super clean. After reopening they are checking temps and practicing social distancing on top of regularly keeping the facility immaculate. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Awful! I came in for a refill, no one greeted me. A lady told me to wait. I sat there for over an hour and they took two people ahead of me who came in after me. There were two nail techs just hanging out and talking for over 15min while I sat there. I finally left, no one even said anything when I walked out.

They are EXTREMELY unorganized. I have always booked a appointment and STILL HAVE AWAYS WAITED It’s ridiculous It’s kids running around trash on the floor I’m NEVERRRR coming here again & my nails.

Not at all happy! I asked up front before my pedicure if they have rhinestones like the ones on my toes from my last pedicure (I’m from out of state) the technician said yes! It wasn’t til after she applied the gel polish, I said are you going to put the rhinestones on? She then said sorry no have! I’m super frustrated and would never go back! I don’t appreciate being lied to and having my time and money wasted! Not cool!

My nails always come out great when I come here, but there's only one person who I won't allow to do my nails anymore and I believe he may be the owner. He's a heavier set guy. He's nice, but is too rough while doing your nails and I personally don't like the way my nails come out when he does it.

First and last time there. Got a basic pedicure and I wasn’t impressed. The nail polish was bumpy at edges of nail, barely got a foot massage, and the place was cold. The best part was the shoulder massage when I was drying my nails. I was tended to quickly and when drying my nails I was helped to take the stuff off from the pedicure.

I went there as soon as they opened and Winy (sorry if I’m butchering the name) took me in. I got a Mani, Pedi, and my eyebrows. She was absolutely AMAZING. She explained certain things about my nails that I did not know and gave me healthier options. I love the way she did them! To top it off, the massage in the end made me want to stay longer just for the massage. I would definitely recommend.

Def. My favorite place to receive pedicures! Staff is friendly, very clean establishment, very thorough and attentive. Love all the extras. Def reccomend to all of my family and friends.

This place is amazing! Best pedicure I have ever had. The cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and respectful! I will recommend this nail salon to anyone!

I honestly wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and decided to take me and my friend to get a refill. I called in advance an made an appointment for 2 when I got there they argued saying I only said one refill when I said two. I told them I said two they were rude and said they only have time for 1. The place was empty. I am sticking to T&m nails.

Gel nail manicure, no way will i EVER return to this place. Rude nail tech.and very sloppy!

Service is good, depends who you get. There's one lady who seems distracted and doesn't quite give you her undivided service. That being said, I've always left with beautiful nails. They give a lot of extras with their services, some kind of oil/wax on your heal, and hot stone for pedicures as well as a shoulder rub with manicures. The chair massages are also very nice. Got my eyebrows done there and they were fine. I don't go get my nails done all the time but this is my regular place when I do
