I been calling trying to call about rental s and they don't know how to respond I called twice already none responsive not professional poor value and poor business im begining to think thay are a joke

The worst Realtors in the world. The heartless, incompetent, sloppy work done regarding the purchase of my house created an absolute mess. Kathy Gregory was a complete train wreck of an agent. Don’t buy or sell a property with this brokerage.

Beware Jason hall and company are rude and unprofessional will charge for damages already made to apartments and will find reason to keep security deposits the most dishonest company I ever dealt with

My grandfather sold his home and it was a sensitive situation. It was the home in which many lifetime memories were achieved and it was difficult to put a pricetag on such a piece of history. The realtors at Cassidon were friendly and compassionate and sensitive to the family's needs. They displayed great character that is difficult to find in the realty business (sometimes any type of sales for that matter). The house sold quickly in a tough selling environment, and proved to be far less stressful of an event than it could have been. I would work with them again in the future and likely will! The previous reviewer must have caught a former Cassidon employee on a bad day.

Awful people. They lie, scam, and have no respect for anyone. They violated the terms of my lease by showing up, without giving 24 hour notice, twice in the very first month of my lease. Then they decide to take a nasty arrogant approach with me. The first time it happened they just walked right into my apartment. I am now looking into legal action that I can take against them.

Properties are overpriced and they think they can do whatever they want. Guy I dealt with is incredibly arrogant and wants to always have the upper hand. If renting from them is this difficult, I don't want to know how bad it is to purchase a property.

Don't deal with them ever, period.
