I gave it a four bcuz of the food availability smh but other than that it a great place had lots of fun with children

I love this place! Its so affordable to get in and and they have so much attractions and entertainment for both kids and adults. Clean environment and friendly staff as well.

Had a party in the private room. Lots of games for the kids, bounce houses, skeeball, half court basketball court, arcade games, plenty of chairs and tables, small kitchen with a fridge. It's a good time. I prefer this to the chaos in the other room. You can keep a eye on your kids.

I went here for a birthday party with my 2 1/2 year old. There is a lot to do and he had fun, but it is more expensive than other similar venues in the area.

My kids give it 5 stars. Pretty much fun for anyone under 10 or so. Update: they got rid of the big slide and most bounce stuff and now is more sad arcade and climbing things so aiming for smaller children under 6. It looks like they are more of a generic young kid bday party place now than it used to be. Oh well it was fun while it lasted

Kids have a great time here, some play equipment could use repair, but with heavy use that's to be expected.

Very fun staff was down to earth and great. I went here for work and would love to come bavk with my family

From the pics online I thought it was bigger with more to do for older children. The kids enjoyed it for the most part

Had my son’s 1st birthday party at Bette’s today. I would have given them 5 stars except I was a little disappointed that after booking the party online & paying a deposit, I did not receive a confirmation call/even email with details, which I thought was odd. Fortunately I knew people who had parties there previously so I was able to reach out to them for details & with questions. I guess I feel like there should be some type of communication on their behalf between booking, leaving a deposit & just showing up the day of; maybe they could have an event coordinator reach out to you & email a confirmation of your booking. Aside for that we had a great experience! Carly was our party hostess & she was AWESOME! She stayed on top of everything and was very accommodating. We had guests of all ages & everyone seemed to have fun. The facility appeared very clean; my only suggestion would be to add more trash cans. It can become a bit confined in the party area, squeezing back & forth by everyone to access the one trash can was a little annoying. Would def recommend Bette’s & suggest requesting Carly if possible!

Good place for birthday parties. But it should be someone at the door all the time watching any kid leave the place without a parent or guardian.

Over the very top! Merenda and her staff truly were outstanding! They truly helped with every single detail.from help with what is needed based on their prior experiences, what would be good ideas to compliment our theme, activities, food selections, setting up, breaking down, interacting with children and adults just over the top! Coming from people who have been in the restaurant business for over 23 years its hard to please, but this group truly went above and beyond, even when mother nature threw a monkey wrench into planning, they rose above and made it happen! Truly cannot thank all of you enough and recommend them with the highest regard!

Fun place for kids to run around & enjoy themselves. One staff member in particular Alexia is absolutely amazing with the kids & so helpful!

My kids had fun there. It’s very kid friendly and have a decent amount of jumpers and slider for all ages. Have a good small section for toddler age 4 and below. Overall clean play area and have a food section just in case they need a snack on.
