They will educate you in an honest manner so that you can make an informed decision that falls within your budget…I know they bent over backwards for me. The result being I was able to purchase a much larger and more beautiful ring than I ever thought possible. So I cannot thank Rich, and Val enough for working with me the way they did. So do yourself a huge favor, and skip those rather impersonal mall stores and their generally inferior quality diamonds. These people will help you get the best item you can within your budget…it was truly a joy working with them!

Very easy parking with a lot of cpace, just change the lane off the road.

A true professional business who is embedded with the wider community. I’ve never had an adverse experience at Beverly Palm. The owner and staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind. Recently I returned to the store to seek assistance in replacing a battery in two separate watches belonging to my daughter. The service was quick and performed while I waited. When delivered back to me I was told that the policy is that the first watch was free, and the second $5.00. I was getting prepared to pay and was told, “it’s free and on us! ” I offered to pay and they declined. I shared that my daughter just was hired as a teacher in a school not far from their store and wanted to wear those watches to her new job. The clerk was kind and said that repairing the watches for a teacher made them feel even better to decline payment. This business is a “gem” in our community and a real class act!
