Beyond hello is my favorite dispo to visit when I'm in town, not only is it a professional environment they also have amazing deals as well, from your favorite brands to the new strain on the block. Plus the staff is amazing! They're super friendly! Always smiling! And quick to help their customers get the best deal they possibly can.

This is the most expensive dispensary in Reading by far. Not enough sales and default prices are extreme, even for PA mmj standards.

I would give it 5 stars. Everyone there is always so pleasant. Though don’t have an issue with your order or Jackie or jack I think they called her, is going to throw a hissy fit. I work with the public and would never think of treating a customer in the fashion she did handling a question about my order. I personally would avoid her at all costs. Ask for someone else to get your order.

When using their card machine, they charge an extra $7.50 and have the nerve to say it’s because of my card, they charge as if they were an atm and an atm don’t even charge me that much to take money out! They really need to get a better card charging system, makes me not want to go there.

Unprofessional, incompetent, and lazy employees. If the product is on the website but not in the store take the product off the site. Management needs to get things in order, asap.

Everytime we go there some homeless or just crazy person is always outside and it's super sketchy and this place should really have a gaurd like the ones in other places. Literally watched two people fighting who got to ask the person walking out for herb y'all are gonna have a bad situation happen there and now you can't claim no one informed yah so yea clean up your area and no I don't wanna email you or respond to you. Keep your customers safe all I'm saying.

This place has changed so much. It used to be a nice experience. The employees are so rude. They don’t want to help you and treat you like a burden. For a business this is so unprofessional. I do not recommend spending your money here. Other dispos are not like this at all.

Excellent customer service! Good choices and good prices. I like the reward points you earn with every purchase. The store is always very clean. Still satisfied with the cleanliness and the friendliness.

If you don’t tip them they don’t take you back right away, nor do they go in order you came in. They will take favorites back first. Also put your concentrates upright in the bag it makes less of a mess for the customer. People are always generally nice but they favorite people which hey that’s cool they’re a regular. But when I’m waiting there for 15 minutes after you’ve taken 3 people that came in after me I’m gonna be upset. I’m a paying customer too.

The only thing I would complain about is this.
It happened 2 times were I was there night before a sale. I'm there on a weekday or Thursday night.when I get home get a text they are having 30% off sale next day.and last time this happened I could have saved $75.so now I don't go at all unless it's a sale.not happening a 3rd time
