Beyond Hello Dickson City Cannabis Dispensary

Although this pains me to write a negative review of a local business, this business has had 0 regard for other local small businesses. We were called here for an emergency water leak repair, to which our tech arrived a punctual 10 minutes early. After being shown the water damage, our tech found the issue within minutes and had a plan for repair that would have been about 15 minutes. Once he went to start repairs, he was stopped by a manager who said another plumbing company was coming to do the repair. Pretty strange, right? So the tech loaded up his tools and left the premises.
A few hours later, there is a plumbing company there from New York City repairing the drain line on the outside of the building that we already diagnosed earlier.
Thanks Beyond Hello, no issue setting up shop in our awesome town of Dickson City, but using the labor from not even another town, but state, that's pretty low if I might say so myself. And I'm not even getting into the disaster of scheduling 2 plumbers at the same time and telling us that someone else is doing the repair and that's it.
With all of that said Beyond Hello, please remove us from any future emergency plumbing/hvac or service calls. You're over abundant, no organization, corporate reach has cost our small family business over 2 hours of labor already that we won't be able to recoup. We will stick to servicing all of the other local Dickson City businesses that actually value a companies time and resources.
And for absolute clarity, yes, we reached out twice to their customer service via email to handle this situation, with zero answers or replies each time.

Very knowledgeable staff. Dont be afraid to ask dumb questions. My first time using legal distributer and i now know more about weed that I thought I already new. Its not just a "POT" store take your time and try to learn about the product you've been using all your life I did and it helps.it's not all about the THC. % LEARN and save. I've been a smoker for 46 years thought I knew everything ask questions you'll be surprised. If you want to get high just go out and keep buying your street weed if you want to learn something go get your medical card only cost me $150 online. Now 46 years later I'm learning a lot more. I mainly do all my buying when they have 30% off on everything in store and that is often. By doing so you will find that you are paying cheaper than Street prices by 20 to $80 depending on what kind of weight (1ounce) you're buying.

What an incredible dispensary! First, the new location is huge! They are certainly gearing up for recreational usage which is long overdue. The building is gorgeous! The people that help with my medication are also extremely knowledgable and friendly. I like this company the best because they always telling me about the deals that can save me the most money. They also have an app that I signed up for where I can access these discounts and check my points for coupons before coming in. For these reasons and so many more, you should stop by if you are a medical patient! I learned so much more about my medication and what works best for me based on their recommendations. Other dispensaries in the area feel like they are just here to make a buck, though Beyond Hello helped educate me and feel more confident that I am receiving the products I need.

This is literally the best dispensary I have EVER been to. Words cannot explain how amazing of a team they have! They definitely know their product well and can provide great recommendations to us all. My recommendation turned out to be exactly what I was looking for!

I can’t say enough about this location. The staff right up to the manager Elijah were just incredible. As a bilateral amputee They immediately filed with the DOH for curbside pick up to assist me, can you imagine after just meeting me once. Wow plus there knowledge on product is amazing

The Dickson City store is by far the best location! I had an issue with a damaged product. Dickson city was the only location that offer information to me to help resolve the issue, when the other location just blew me off. I will go out of my way to go the Dickson City location. Kudos to management!
