Bhavani Food Market reviews
26Good selection of foods but employees are the most unhelpful i have ever met. Every time i approached one to ask something, they quickly walked away and dissapeared.
Store has all the items you look for but Cashiers are rude and most of the times over charge on items like rice bags etc than what is marked in the racks. If you point out during billing they do not apologize but behave rudely.
Horrible onions here. I bought a whole bag of red onions and more than half are spoiled and I bought again, still same thing. I won’t buy onions again…
Good place for Indian food. Some of the ethnic Indian stuff is not available elsewhere. Little pricey though.
Great local source for Indian food ingredients and full meals. Fresh produce here is very good and reasonably priced.
This store is very cool! They have a lot of unique items you don’t see in most stores and their prices are very reasonable.
Store has ZERO customer service.we called about a problem with their Saffron during their Diwali sale that said was made by the same company as the Gathering company and was the same quality. But the promotional product was mostly other threads mixed in and the amount of real saffron was significantly less. We called to request to return this, and the cashier said the store manager would call us, named K. L. We waited several weeks and she never called. We tried to follow-up maybe 10-15 times over 3 weeks and no follow-up.they are only after profits and not customer service. Basically stole our money by selling a FAKE saffron product and putting Profits BEFORE Customers. You can also see from other critical reviews: rude customer service, poor food storage practices.price hiking during this time of crisis, and various other issues. Find other stores to go to, and stay away from here. I wouldn't have bothered writing this if they took the time to show they care about the customer's concerns. We used to shop hear frequently, driving 30-40 minutes, with no issues. When we had 1 issue, they failed and showed their true colors, money before customer.
It is a decent Indian grocery store in the area. I am knocking off two stars because they do not limit number of shoppers nor do not enforce the 6 feet distancing. When we tell them why there are too they talk like they are doing us a favor by having their store open for Asian American customers during a pandemic. They need to enforce the rules strictly and stop being rude to customers.
Rude staff. Threatened to call cops when reported about fungus covered vegetables. Disgusting.
Bought ice cream and all of it was stuck to one side. It probably had melted due to being out for long and they refroze and they sold it anyway. Doing business in bad faith.
The biggest Indian grocery store in the immediate area for sure. The selection is incredible large in every section. They have many rices and flours, and even cooking utensils that work well with making Indian cuisine. The prices are not cheap, but that is to be expected when goods are being imported from another country. Definitely worth a travel to come to this store.
Wide variety. Caters to all Indian grocery needs and basic utensils. Pricing can be more competitive.
They selling fresh vegetables and groceries but varities are less compared to few other food market and also customer service is not upto the level
Indian grocery store with all one indian needs.have everything we need.the rates are ok.we do have options.visit it for household items.
Perfect store for all the necessary Indian items. It has everything but meat. Fish is available though. Vegetables are fresh. Several snacks are also available including hot and readily available samosas and bajjis. Several pooja related items are also available. Parking is available in front of the building.
Large selection of foods and snacks. Many kinds of rice in various sizes. Jackfruit was excellent. Many unique produce items. Loved it.
Nice place to get all the Indian groceries. Specifically all the Indian snacks will be avialable here. Always fresh fruits and vegetables you will get in this store. Pooja related stuffs also available and also nice environment and nice service!
Good Indian vegetables, appreciate if expiry date are visible in some of the packaged items. (especially Atta)
Cashier who has long hair is so rude.she always behave rudely and put more than 1 heavy stuffs in a single polybag.
Bhavani is a great place for shopping for Indian stuff in Exton. Prices are reasonable and produce is fresh. Though there are other stores that have come up in the area, this place is better in terms of price and quality.
The store which was not having competitors and were ruling the area. Now they have good products and good price
