Wouldn't go any place else! Bianchi Honda excels when it comes to purchasing a vehicle! Honda vehicles surpass my expectations!

I WOULD AVOID BIANCHI HONDA, THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS! I would give them negative 5 stars if that were possible. I bought a 2019 insight 6/20 "Certified preowned" and since have had them damage my car 4 out of 5 auto butler services between glass looking like it went through a bowling ball return to paint damage and always get the same response "I have no idea how that happened? ¿" How it happened is irrelevant I want it fixed which every time I have to take off work to deal with the nonsense and not to mention the waste of time. I came to find out I was lied to when I purchased the vehicle when my Honda sensing camera went bad and I should have still had a factory warranty under the certified preowned 3 year 36k mile warranty. When I took it in to get fixed they tried to make me pay 1500 to replace the camera and upon more questions the gentleman said it passed the certified inspection but paper work was never put through which the difference between the used vs certified preowned on Kelly Bluebook was 4000. So at that point I went through 3 different managers that all gave me the run around and a month later of trying to get ahold of the general manager I finally got ahold of him. After a heated conversation he says "I don't know why your upset you got a really good deal as far as I can see. " Paying 4000 for a car that was supposed to have a factory warranty but sneakily sold "as-is" I think anyone in my shoes would be pissed. I then told him out of the several new vehicles I've never been straight lied and bamboozled like this and all the time of work and traveling to get my car fixed because of your employees negligence and incompetence is mind boggling how you stay in business. I then told him if they fix the camera in good faith I would be willing to purchase my next vehicle there and he responds "I can give you an oil change but can do nothing about the camera. " So now I'm out the 4000 plus the 1500+ to have the Honda sensing fixed, probably another 1000 from missing work and most of all you cannot put a value on the time lost. I really like my insight and it's such a shame this situation left such a bad taste in my mouth I will never purchase another honda from anyone again.

The level of service was next level! Never, ever any pressure to do or buy anything. Then, when the decision to buy was made, the service received was like nothing we had experienced before

Did a great job after another local shop messed up my wires kept my car for 2 weeks and sold me a bad engine plus still charged 3k
Bianchi got me on the road for $300 kept me updated along the way in a couple days

I had a low tire pressure light. I stopped in without an appointment. The technician (I wish I could remember her name) was friendly and efficient. They were able to fix the problem while I was there.

Every staff was excellent. From the person who opened my car door when I pulled in through to the person Nepal shuttle driver. Everything was great and that’s a bonus. My car looks great and I trust that it’s been inspected perfectly.

Appreciate the rental and loaner vehicles at no charge. Repairs were made and J had my vehicle back sooner than expected.

Had my AC fixed on my civic dude to a recall and also had a sensor issue fixed. I thought the brake pads were worn and in need of replacing so I mentioned it to the team. They supposedly took a look and said the brake pads still had some life in them but rotated the tires. I still was having issues a few weeks later with the brakes starting to ‘pulsate’ when braking. Turns out the brake pads were so worn there were chunks missing and the brake rotors were damaged from the extreme wear. Clearly Honda did not actually check this issue for me when I had it in their shop. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I had tons of engine work done at Bianchi due to a defect in my motor. Honda worked with me on the cost, even though I was waaaay out of warranty, and Bianchi lent me a car, finished up two days earlier than expected, and they were very accommodating with my schedule. Logan (my CSM) was very professional and courteous, couldn’t be happier.

As usual, yesterday was another five-star day at Bianchi Honda. We had set up a meet with Dave Reash in used sales remembering how he made a great impression and was very personable the last time he sold us a vehicle. This experience of another trade and purchase did not disappoint. Dave is very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot, stands by the products, and does not make you feel pressured to purchase a vehicle out of your means. He also loves his job and holds his coworkers and management in high regard which speaks volumes for Bianchi as a whole. We were also introduced to John in finance who was very friendly, efficient, and thorough. While purchasing our vehicle, we had our other Honda in for servicing. Both at drop off and pick up in the service department, Paul was extremely friendly and helpful explaining processes and utilizing our warranties. We have never had a bad interaction with any staff member of Bianchi through now 4 vehicle purchases plus varied auto butler and service appointments. Many thanks to the Bianchi team for another seamless and pleasant experience! 100% recommend.
