Have never seen a more dishonest person in my life - takes money, makes great promises - then evaporates

Honestly this has been the worst experience with a contractor. I would focus on the 1 star reviews those are the ones that are truthful. Ryan comes out and puts on this great show and then takes a deposit. The other reviews have said that he never shows back up. We actually had him come back out and cause damage to our property, this was after so many attempts to get a hold of him. Then he never came back and he did not complete the work or fix the damage to our property. He NEVER answers phone calls and rarely answers texts. We requested back our deposit he will not give it back. We are now having to take him to court to get back our deposit. Just find anyone but him. I wish the 1 star reviews were available before we gave him any money. I would take a look at the Westmoreland court dockets.

Worst experience I’ve had with a business. Signed our contract in 2021 for a fall pool 2022. Excuse after excuse, along with no answer at times. Never started a thing, never got permits. Asked for our money back. We had to take him to court in order to get our deposit back. Do yourself a favor and look up the owner’s docket sheet before you think to give him money.

Ryan still had not responded to us after 2 years and a 12,500 dollar deposit we still have no pool and get can’t get ahold of him. I hope you read the 1 star reviews cause this is the reality of who you are dealing with.

We had the absolute worst experience with Ryan. We signed a contract in July of 21 and were supposed to have the pool installed fall of 2022. We gave the down payment and in early spring Ryan became unresponsive or gave us some song and dance about why he couldn’t do the work. We finally agreed to have him start early 2023 so we would be his first customer in 2023. It’s now June 1st and still no pool and we are having issues getting a hold of him. We have just asked for our money back, so hopefully he’s honest enough to refund us. I’ll keep you posted and update accordingly.

Terrible experience all around. Initial estimatewas all glitz and glam and golden promises. Took deposit with contract signed then went ghost. Would respond every couple weeks with an empty promise and a sob story. After 9 months enough is enough. Be wary of this ripoff artist

They told me my swimming pool be done in three months and it took over a year to complete. Owner never responds to phone calls. It will take weeks until he calls you back, if he does it all. After almost 2 years there still needs to be worked done. I haven’t heard from him going on 5 months now. I do not recommend using this at all.
