Biblical Tabernacle Experience reviews
7This brings to sight the old testament it explains the Tabernacle and its all animated with a live person explaining the Tabernacle & the high priest entering in must be Holy cleansed from sin or if he enters with sin he surely will die. It's very interesting. Doesn't take long. Gift shop prices are very high in comparison to other christian gift shops
Very nice reproduction and history of the Biblical Tabernacle, additionally the history of the Amish/Mennonite community.
I was disappointed it's only one room to see. We're done with the tour in about 20 minutes nothing else to see except the Tabernacle room.
I think it is over priced. We paid $10 a ticket. But the receptionists and the tour guide were very nice.
Beautiful Bible stories acted out on stage. Beautiful costumes and music. Right up there with a NY stage show
What this experience lacks in high tech glitz it makes up for in heart. The tour is a very thoughtful well researched tour and explanation of the tabernacle and its various compartments and accoutrements. There is an excellent bookstore with exceptional bibles and bible study materials along with books about the history and lifestyles of the Amish and Mennonite communities.
Being a student of the Bible for most of my adult life, the Tabernacle has always been something of a mystery. I found the Tabernacle Experience to be a valuabe addition to my knowledge base. It puts a perspective on the size of structure as well as the monmental nature of the Exodus itself, the mural on the wall gives some idea as to the massive size of the encampment of the Israelite nation as it moved into the wilderness.
This was a wonderful experience. Everyone is so friendly and the exhibit is very well maintained.
