I bought a Giant Escape here several years ago and it has performed excellently ever since.

This place is awesome. Bob is very friendly and not only has 30 yrs of experience, but he uses it well on each bike. He helped me get a new bike and he stands behind his 1yr free adjustment claim. Although very busy, he still cranks out the service skillfully and efficiently, not trading off quality of work to lack of time. Thanks!

I was in 2 days ago and got an inner tube and the gentleman helping me was very courteous and helpful and let me repair the tire in the store.yesterday the inner tube popped while I was riding so I came in today to see if I could get an inner tube again for my bike because I'm sure it was a factory defect. I ended up buying the inner tube and asked if I could repair it again in the store and was told no and to take my bike home. I told the gentleman i lived 10 miles away.it was an extremely hot day and changed the nner tube in front of the store. After showing the faulty inner tubes to the guy running the store I was told most likely it was my fault luckily they allowed me to put air in my tire but on this hot day and after working 12 hours I really did not feel like sitting outside of the bike shop, directly in front, and fixing a flat tire when there was plenty of space. I've been a customer for years. Enjoy your extra $7.50 and just know I was gonna buy a bike. Buyer be weary cause if they're scared to fix a faulty $7.50 inner tube that they sold, what's gonna happen when your new $500 bike has a problem!

Very knowledgable, helped me get what I needed instead of what I thought I needed and saved me money.

I had my significant other bring in her bike to have them check a few things since she had crashed. I asked about the forks, RD hanger and front wheel to see if they were true. At this point he only mentioned that her bike was a 1x and needed a front derailleur. After she asked about truing the wheel he said it would take 3 hours and they charge per hour. This is insane. The two men working there were not nice during the exchange either. Take your bike elsewhere.

I highly recommend this bike shop, they care for there customers and make sure you have everything u need, if it is not right they will make sure it is right without a doubt. This bike shopped has helped me with many parts and questions I have had for them. I highly suggest going here for your parts or for your bike repair needs! I will always go here for any of my bike part needs or repairs! Great service! Great phone service aswell!

We are from out of town and needed a new tube in a tire. They fixed it right away! Thank you!

I ordered a bike in Sept 2020. I was told it would be tentatively available July 2021. I completely understand the present landscape in terms overall bicycle availability being short. I found out today they didn't order my bike, pick a new one (the order was specific to certain features which I spoke to them in person on 3 separate occasions) or I can have my deposit back and said it will be another 12 months. That bike represented my entire summer and they just passed me off in a high demand environment. Totally unacceptable and I feel sorry for a company that operates under these types of values.

Excellent customer service. Took our bikes for service, told 2 weeks, completed in one week. Price was fair. Ended up buying a new truck bike while I was there. Hope to get it November 2021. I highly recommend this bike shop very knowledgeable and very nice people to deal with.

I have been shopping at this location since it was called Lancaster County Cyclery some 25 years now. Bob has owned Bicycle Outfitters for many years and always puts his customers first! Bicycle and accessory selection is always very good, even during Covid times he has managed to keep good inventory levels. The service department is efficient, complete, and well priced! If you or anyone you know is in need of a 5-star bicycle buying experience, then Bicycle Outfitters is your go to bike shop!

Great place. With good service and employees. Helped my son find a bike. They hoped right on the work we had and are helping my son And I get new shocks.

I have an easy to work on high end bike and I told them money is of no issue. They told me they had a 2 week turnaround for most items. I called back into the store 3 times to get updates because they never called me back to kept me in the loop. They were unable to help me with two of the three items I had asked to be performed and after 4 weeks of waiting I show up in person and my bike hadn't moved from the time it was brought in. They charge too much in labor by the hour and they weren't willing to discount their parts mark up. Look elsewhere.

Bike shops are slammed in the time of COVID. I had an issue with a bike two days before a bike-oriented vacation. Bicycle Outfitters made no promises yet turned the repair around in time for me to keep my plans. Great service.

They helped me and my fiance pick out bike explained the differences and options we had. Sales man was not pushy as ive experienced in other shops. Very laid back and did not rush me into a decision. Very pleased with my purchase and will be going back!
