I brought in my wife's engagement ring to have the center stone reset since it fell out. I asked how quickly he could have it done as most other places told me at least a week. It ended up being less than an hour. Not only does the ring look like new again, he explained why he thinks it fell out in the first place and what we should do long term to ensure it doesn't happen again. Hard to find a place that you can trust leaving something so valuable with, but I will be going back for any future jewelry needs. 1000 out of 10.

We had an amazing experience with Ron at Big Jewelers! He completely remade my grandmother's ring so it would fit me beautifully. As I only had the 2 kite diamonds (since my sister took the center diamond) he helped match the color of the new center diamond to the already existing ones. You'd never know they weren't part of the original piece. He also did a beautiful job recreating my fiances ring with an assortment of inherited diamonds as well. We cannot recommend Ron enough. We had an absolute great experience working with him and his team during such a special time in our lives.

Big Diamond is the best place to go and find your perfect engagement ring. You will be working with someone that has 30+ years of experience and will not try to hard sell you. I had a much more enjoyable experience here than any of the chains or mall shops. Who else could custom build such a unique masterpiece!

I went to Ron a year ago with my girlfriend. She picked out a present for herself and we looked at engagement rings. I came back a year later and Ron still had record of the ring she wanted along with her ring size.
