Big Lots Distribution, Tremont PA

My truck wasn't full load truck I have about 10 pallets my appointment was 9, I have arrived at 7: 50 got a door at 8: 10 didn't finish 2 pm please please don't come here it's not worth it. BIG LOTS shame on you!

Not good at all, sitting here for 2hr, gave me a red light and went to break! Bad unloading experience, only 2 trucks unloading

The receiver doesn't come in till 5, but other than that unloaded in a little over an hour

Very bad experience here my appointment for deliver at 6am, and I were here 5: 45 am and got door at 6: 20 am, I haul floor load, light weight but full of trailer, since 6: 30 am to 1: 30 pm still working, i checked in at office around 12: 00 noon he said 90% done but now 1: 30 pm still not finished yet, what I want to advise you guys if you want to 10 hours reset, this place is right for you, XPO’s broker can’t pay layover because they said only can approve there 24 hours what a waste my time, I may lapse my next load, avoid this place, good luck professional Drivers,

Missed the next load while waiting for someone. 4 hours unloading. 30 minutes waiting in window

This is badest distribution. Be aware to take load this location. They disrespect full truck drivers take you to unload am 12 hours they finished shift employees working If take this place load thing you will waiting 12 or 10 take your food with you. This my last time ever kings of badest DC

This place is open 24hrs but they dont start taking deliveries until 06: 00. Guard will check you in and give you directions. Everything is clearly labeled. Office was friendly and gave direction.
I was in at 05: 15 checked into office at 06: 00 given a door right away. They started unloading immediately.
Oh and to get to facility take 81 to exit 107. Rausch rd is about 2 miles on rt 209. There is a weight restriction if you try to come up Rausch rd from other direction. It is clearly posted and officers like to sit at the bottom.

I’m giving 3 stars one I got here and no one was in receiving off here waiting 20 mins now

Empty in 1: 15 hours after appointment time. So really great. If you think 2 hours load/unload is bad, trucking ain’t for you.

Appt. 7am arrived 5.45am unloaded in 18mins 12 secs out the gate at 6.55am. Big lots in Tremont Pa you guys rock thanks! @@

10 am appointment. Got in the door immediately and they started to unload right away. This is how all warehouse operations should be run.

Consumer greed built this Distribution center, built on top of now destroyed land that will never recover. The land not used by big lots is now a "wildlife preserve" off limits to the public, yet nothing been done, just remnants of the coal mining industry being buried under the waste piles of other coal mines. Sulfuric acid oozes out of the ground beneath this place, pouring into the water supply. Maybe the hollow anthracite tunnels beneath will collapse one day and put an end to this madness?

There's no reason to be in a dock door unloading this long. 26 pallets all yours sealed by shipper checked by your gate guard. Get em off.stamp that paperwork subject to verification and get the truck back on the road. Why penalized the transporter. WHY WHY WHY. I was 10 minutes early
