This is definitely one of the most trustworthy places around. They won’t overcharge or convince you your car needs something it doesn’t. Always simple and straightforward. Unfortunately I had previously taken my car to jiffy lube where they tightened the cap too hard, which would require an expensive disassembly. Greg told me he had my back if they tried to make me pay for a mistake they made. Highly recommend for all services!

Big Oak Citgo is such a gem in this community. Mike has installed my two young grandsons' car seats as a free service - and taken such care in doing so. I have been taking my car to the dealer for service, but will be solely using Big Oak Citgo for all maintenance and repairs from now on.
