Big Wheel Roller Skating Center, East Stroudsburg PA

Had my daughter's birthday party there in September. The pizza took forever to come out and when it did it was burnt. The pitchers of soda were flat and when mentioned nothing was corrected. Regretfully they are getting my business again because my youngest really wants a roller skating party there. I mentioned all of this to the person that I booked with. I am giving it another go and hoping that the quality and service is better.

Total waste of money. Kids cutting in and out of everyone making many fall while ref did absolutely nothing besides sitting in the corner vaping. Paid 3-6 left at 3: 55. Bathroom had urine all over the floors employee flirting with my under age daughter.always had a fun time there but place really went down hill.

Terrible terrible place. No one enforcing skating safety. Teens racing and crashing into walls. So dangerous for all ages.

DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS STAY ON NIGHT SKATES! I dropped of 7 teenagers for a Saturday night skate, these kids were asaulted buy kids who just smash it to you looking for a fight. Guys in the girls bathroom constantly, drug deals left and right! 1 security guard for hundred of teenagers. If you love your kids keep them out of this place! It's not what it was in the 80s and 90s!

When I want to hang out with my friends this place is the only place we can go that our parents trust enough to leave us be, but we only have Saturday and Sunday off. And alot of us have plans on Saturdays and this place is closed Sundays so please for your own benefits and for your customers close on a weekday and open all weekend.

Come here every week. Huge rink, clean and really friendly staff. Very reasonable prices. Tonight's music was by far the best it's ever been!

Uch an amazing place! The rink is huge and has big colorful lights! The place gives me so much nostalgia it's crazy how the place hasn't changed one bit.the staff is amazing, they work so hard. I feel bad for them when they are understaffed however the still are Quick and efficient with the people the have. They are professional and diligent. 10/10 recommend!

We had my son's birthday party there in September. I was disgusted and appalled. Nothing was handled. I requested 3 many pizzas, it took over an hour to get the other 2 out. The goodie bags were not put together. When one of the pizzas was brought out, the guy stuck his THUMB in the pizza to check the temperature of the pizza! And I had signed up for my son to get a birthday tee shirt. He never got it.

Big wheel has always been a great place to roller skate, the rentals are affordable and the place is always clean.

When my daughter asked to go roller skating with her friend Kalifah I was all for it. When I came to pick her up I went inside and this place is an absolute mess. Where I come from (Western Sahara) entire buildings have been destroyed from years of war yet somehow I would bet they are cleaner. The whole place had a smell that I can only describe as "no". I've heard stories since of people having to wait so long for the most basic assistance with things. It's not surprising that when I found out Kalifah had gotten ring worm, its cause she got it from the roller skates. Big Wheel.more like Big Waste! If you want to have fun I suggest waiting until the winter season and sliding around on a frozen lake, it probably less of a risk then going to this place.

They put the wrong shoes in the spot for our skates. If people are giving you their 300$ sneakers you should make sure you're doing your job right. Same girl (clearly hates her job) serves us slushies that were overflowing.didn't bother cleaning them up until i asked her too. Needs new staff. Needs an update. Gave 2 stars because my kids enjoy skating here (no other rink close by)

First time there and the kids had a vest on a sat night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Music was a nice mix, I will be back. Toddler and teenager friendly.

It's really cheap to rent skates and they always have entertaining games in between the songs.
I have been going here for a while and it's a really enjoyable activity!

Went on a Friday for a 3-6pm session for our daughter’s birthday! Walked in and was so impressed at the cleanliness of the entire place, bathroom included. Smelled very nice, was well taken care of and up to date! Staff was very professional, caring, encouraging and involved! They did have an after school program going but it didn’t affect us at all, in fact a lot of the kids were so helpful and compassionate. Prices were extremely reasonable, always a plus. We will definitely be back!

The price is great BUT, the rental inline skate are horrible. Literally cut up my ankle and causing some swelling. Had to change them for quad skates. There isn’t anyone on the rink to regulate skaters if they get out of hand. The after school crowd of kids get out of hand and if you don’t bring it to the attention of the staff nothing is done. Vending Machine for drinks doesn’t take card so better have cash with you and snacks because there really isn’t much there to eat.

I love this place i was going every day for like a month or two with my gf but the reason i’m leaving a 1 star is because a while back me and my gf went and i ended up dislocating my knee which wasnt a first for me but my gf went to get help and it took about 2 minutes for someone to come and while me knee was dislocated a worker was asking me my address and phone number and didn’t even bring up a ambulance until after a popped my own knee back in and i ended up needing surgery from that event.

This place is great! Prior to going, the schedules can be a bit confusing, but overall, this place has great music, staff, and great energy surrounding it. I definitely recommend it!

Twisted my ankle 3x here in the 90s trying to do some Backstreet Boys shyt. Didn't care, still had a great time. Great memories.

This place is extremely nasty very very poor hygiene I wonder if the Boroughs Health Department has inspected the place for the food distribution bathroom was absolutely horrible oh my this has been absolutely the one of the worst places I have ever taken my children too. Super sad that these children only have these type of distractions in the area and its in such poor conditions. Purchased food there today and the children and I are all sick from our stomachs

I love this place my son loves it the music is kinda explicit but every thing else it really good
