Big Woody's reviews
20This is a pretty standard sports bar. Lots of beers, limited food menu. Thats ok though. They have TVs in their booths so you can tune into your game of choice. Food is consistently good. Staff is super friendly. I recommend the Philly steak.
We ordered wings that didn't have much flavor. My mixed drink consisting of water and club. Tasted like water. My husband got a chicken Caesar salad where the chicken charbroiled. My taco salad was ok. Then we left and I realized I forgot my Styrofoam to-go containers on the table. Literally returned 3-4 min later to get them and the waitress threw them out!
I will never eat here again!
Horrible day before the new year decided to order out. I am a vegan ordered calzone received it with ham and I ordered no meat.
When I contacted the restaurant the employees we’re argumentative and the issue was not resolved. Hence meal was not replaced and I will never order from this restaurant again.
Food sucks over priced for the small portions that they give you would never waste my time going in there again
Calzones are filling. Lots of TV's with different games to watch and TV's at each booth. A bit chilly temperature wise, dress comfortable
Was so hungry for nachos and they were not my favorite, not a fan of cheese sauce, want the real thing.
Staff was friendly. Food was average. Beer was cold but no prices on beer menu. Atmosphere was lacking. Kind of run down, 1/2 of the TVs were not working and the 16' projector screen was down.
I only come here because it’s conveniently located from my house! The food is ok but does have plenty of beer to choose from. Very expensive though
I'm only giving it the rating I am because of a particular bartender server named Narcissa we literally only come here because of her! She always remembers us makes the best drinks and knows exactly what we want and never fails to deliver the best service but is like a friend. She truly is a gift to this restaurant! Everything else is sub par but we come back for her
I had some cheese steak and wings that was very good and if your sports fan TVs all over the place showing all kinds of games and not only football or baseball and bowling and advertisement of a big boxing match coming one thing I was not all that crazy about was there pizza the pizza was not very good
Well, let's see, eaten here in the past, no problem. This time just ordered 40 wings and fries. 50 minutes later, server asks us what we ordered. Still nothing.
Food is good but take out is never correct. I purchased an extra item and it was only $1, but I didn’t get either item. I don’t care about the $1, but it’s just annoying to order here and have them always get it wrong.
It is a typical sports bar, lots of TV's everywhere just about any game you want to watch is there. We had wings and chili fries. The boneless wings were breaded and had decent chicken. The bone in wings were a little better. The chili fries were not real good. The service was slow. Our fries came out before we got our first drink. It was not a bad experience, just not great. I'd probably go again because it was very convenient, but I wouldn't go out of my way.
Love the sports atmosphere! Food was great and filling. Service was good. I highly recommend
Good service. Food quality was what you would expect for a sports bar. This is the second time in a month that I stopped in for a beverage and quick meal. Have tried their wings and personal sized pizzas. Both were well prepared.
It’s unfortunate how accurate the negative reviews are. Mediocre food, subpar service. Could be a really sweet bar but overall, not worth it.
Big open sports bar. Many tv's, large bar, good selection of beer and drinks. Excellent service, friendly bartenders. Pizza was excellent.
I’m not sure what happened with this place but, the quality has gone down significantly the last few times I’ve eaten here. The service is pretty bad. I ordered 2 slices of supreme pizza. The server came over and told me it would be cheaper to get a 10 inch but I didn’t mind the price being more expensive for 2 slices of supreme. She brought me 2 meat lovers whatever you call it slices. Either your servers don’t know the menu or she knew what she was doing and cutting corners hoping I wouldn’t notice.
Despite this, our food just sucked and the last two times it sucked too. This time, our pizza was undercooked and falling apart and so were our fries.
What happened to this place? Just bad employees? Management? Idk. But it doesn’t matter because I’m done giving this place chances.
Tried twice in a week here. Both were a fail. St. Patrick’s day we waited over 20 minutes and was never served. Went back again tonight for family fun night for a fundraiser. Again, never taken care of for 20+ minutes. It hurts knowing that they weren’t prepared for a school’s fundraiser that could have turned out really well.
