Very friendly and knowledgeable service! The local guys were far more helpful on the phone that the big companies with call centers. Others charge $104 just to come out and look, while Bigfoot offers free, no obligation quotes.

I was going out of town and needed help with bees before I left. They were very prompt returning calls and quick to show up. Extremely knowledgeable and gave good advice. I would definitely recommend!

They made a very racist ad that indirectly compared illegals immigrants to pests/rodents that need to be exterminated. Garbage human being.

I called on a Sunday while they were closed intending to leave a message, but they answered and scheduled an appointment later that week. We had a fly issue in our garage. Kyle came and assessed the situation, speculating that there must be a dead mouse or something under our garage in the drainage system. He fogged out the pipe and assured me that it would either dry out the dead animal or drive it out if it was still alive. When I went to pay him, he said it was no charge since he didn't have to use anything other than a fogger. I moved here from Long Island - where nothing is done kindly or for free lol. He really left a great impression so I decided to sign up for bi-annual sprays, a service I was never intending to purchase. Kyle came back not even a week later to do our fall spray, and put us down on the call list for the spring spray! He could have easily charged me for the 5 minutes he spent at my house. But because he didn't, I will be giving Big Foot my money every year going forward. Thanks, Kyle!

Jeremy was our technician, so kind and knowledgeable. He came the same day I called about our yellow jacket problem. He sprayed the area he felt was the problem and I haven't had any more issues. Their cost is hands down the best around! I will not call anyone else again! Thank you

My experience with Bigfoot Pest Control was exceptional. We had a hornet & wasp nest in a tree, and Jeremy handled it swiftly and efficiently. The whole process was seamless and straightforward. I will use them again.

June 9th, 2023 - Big Foot came to our home to spray the outside for ants and insects. We were told if we still saw ants/insects in a week to call and let them know and they would come back since they have a 90 day guarantee.

June 15th 2023 - we called to let them know we still had live ants and the activity had increased since they had treated our home. We were seeing live ants in our bed. Kyle said he would check his schedule and see what he would do and might be able to return in a week or two but couldn’t make any guarantees. I requested that he come back that week since we had paid him and were told to call back if still saw ants in a week and were given a 90 day guarantee. He said the warrantee didn’t cover our home.

June 15th 2023 - Kyle called back the same day and stated he would not return to treat the outside of our home again but would treat the inside of our home for an additional charge. He then gave me the owner’s number and said to speak with him. I called the owner to try and resolve the matter. After speaking with the owner Clay, he also refused to honor his companies 90 day guarantee and treat the outside of our home again and said they could not make any guarantees and no one would guarantee there would be no ants. Their guarantee is stated on their website and was verbally given to us the day they treated our home. We pay an additional fee to treat for ants and other insects but activity has actually increased since they treated our home. The owner Clay refused to retreat the outside of our home and refused to rectify the situation unless we pay them additional money to treat the inside of our home.
It has been two weeks since they treated our home and activity continues to increase. There are live ants in our bed/bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and closets. They were not there before Bigfoot treated our home.

My parents also hired them this year and had the same issue with ants after they sprayed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND or hire again.

Trinity was super nice and very prompt. Excellent price compared to the other 6 companies I called and no obligation to monthly plans. I love to support a local business and will use them again and refer to anyone else with same needs. Responded same day…in fact within hours.

Before I even had anyone come to the house, John spent a lot of time on the phone with me, answering my questions. Extremely professional and empathetic about my concerns. He was prompt and efficient. It's been two weeks and I feel pretty confident the problem is gone. I am comforted, however, by the 90 day guarantee and was told to call with any additional sightings of the pests that have made my life miserable for the past few months.
