Mike, the business owner absolutely went above and beyond to take care of me. I had a front bumper and headlight that needed repaired after a fender bender. Mike went out of his way to contact multiple places to find the exact factory replacement for my headlight, obtained it, and repaired it as quickly as possible. The repair job was awesome. The paint looks brand new and my car looks as if it was never in an accident. I would 100% recommend Bik’s for anyone who needs work done on their car. You can tell it’s a family owned business, and they actually care about providing you the best service.

He is super professional, goes out of his way to satisfy customers, is very communicative, and ensures customers leave satisfied and with a smile. Best of all he does all the paperwork, taxes, title, and tags right there in his office. You get a one stop shop with Grigory at Bik’s! Nicky is an amazing mechanic. He answered all of our questions, was very patient showing us the vehicle and the work that had been done, and even gave us tips on future maintenance. Don't pass Bik's by! I needed a new (to me) car quickly and was caught in a terrible routine of re-financing for something that would only last me a year. Grigory at Bik's along with Nick's help, found me an amazing, reliable, well-kept SUV that even my bank was excited to finance! Gregory walked me through every step as this was my first time buying on my own. He was patient, thorough, and so helpful and knowledgeable at ever step. He even made it so easy to get rid of the vehicle I was replacing so I could drive off that day! My husband and I will definitely be taking our cars there for service from now on, and when we find ourselves in need of our next vehicles, our first and only stop will be Bik's!

My insurance company sent me to this company for car repairs, and all the damage was in the rear of car yet some how my windshield got broken and they did not fix my bumper, so after much back n forth took it back for bumper repairs, to this day its crooked, like this shop, my insurance guy said a clip is missing ok so shouldn't they fix that it wasn't crooked before they fixed it? Im still waiting 7 months later.when not happy with this place shady.

Awesome work done. Nick is highly knowledgeable when it comes to European Autos. Well really any Auto lol. Def. Would buy a car from here and if you need and can get Nick to work on a vehicle I would do it without a doubt. Fair pricing and thorough job complete. Money well spent

Absolutely great service. Come here if you are looking for the most convenient and painless way to purchase a vehicle. I personally had some issues with my bank, and I was not pressured or forced to do anything I didn't want to do as far as the process was concerned. Would recommend to my friends and family.
