I am sure it is a good dealership in many ways. I will say I was disappointed to pay 90$ to install a battery.we bought the battery there. We were traveling out of state.and they did have one in stock and told us to come right over.so for that I gave them the rating.

Salesman Nathan Little and the staff were excellent and made the purchase easy and expeditious. Finance Manager Keith was knowledgeable and explained all aspects of finance and coverage options.

The sales person we worked with was absolutely amazing. His name was Nathan and we loved him, he did a very great job and was very nice. On the other hand the service guy that I kept speaking with over the phone was absolutely rude to me for no reason. He would not let me finish when I was trying to explain to him the problems I have been having with the car he just wanted to keep telling me nothing is wrong with it. I believe his name was Greg, or something similar. I’m also very upset that they told me that nothing is wrong with my car after I went through all the hassle of bringing it in and paying for a rental car and then towing and diagnoses fee. It is still making the same exact sound I told them it was making. I will honestly probably just take it to another garage and pay the deductible of our warranty instead of working with the service department at your location.
We had the absolute best experience purchasing the vehicle in 2020 when we bought it. Was very disappointed that we were not treated the same way by the service department.

Once again MacIntyre Chevy was a great workshop to interact with. I always purchase my new trucks from this dealership. The owner treats you like family and the auto repair shop doesn't drop the ball. The ease of communication and the handling of the vehicle is first class. My truck was repaired correctly and performs top notch. The cost was very reasonable and would definitely return business to the bunch.

I've never been dissatisfied with their customer service or service work. Best dealership around.

I got a nice vehicle. Also, they fixed a problem even though I didn't have a warranty. I was a little insulted that they wouldn't take my car and told me that it was worthless.

Took my 2020 silverado with turbo waste gate code (still under drive train warranty) to get checked. They had no clue what to look for, said it has a bulletin on wires rubbing and it was not covered under warranty. Would not give a quote to fix said they would have to do it on a t&m rate at 105 an hour. Guy at service desk and service manager are rude. Wires are not the problem waste gate actuator needs reset.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HERE.they charged me 112 and did absolutely nothing to the truck but read in their computer on what to do!

Everything was done when I arrived and took about 25 mins for paperwork and out the door. Gave me a fair market price on the trade and in todays market gave me msrp on the new car

Until I bought this Mailibu, I never used a dealership for PM work. The guys at MacIntyre changed my mind. They are some of the most courteous and nice people you could hope to find anywhere.

I honestly believe that Bill Macintyre Chevrolet in Lock Haven sets the bar high across your company when it comes to customer service. I have dealt with other car repair facilities and the personal care, interaction and customer appreciation exhibited by Bill Macintyre Chevrolet is not/has not been match anywhere.thus the only reason I continue to take my vehicle to them. Trust in their service is what I care about.

The MacIntyre staff is always helpful and courteous. They are like family. We have been dealing with this dealership for approximately 40 years. We drive an hour and pass several dealerships, but MacIntyre is our dealership. I hope that GM realizes what an asset MacIntrye's is to the corporation.

I dropper my car off to have the oil changer and the tires rotated. I got there on time and the were waiting for me and when I came back it was done and waiting for me.
