This place is a joke. BOTH change machines were out of order, two out of the four washers I used malfunctioned; one failed to spin and the other kept shutting off on its own. I had to move my clothes to other washers and start over. Half the dryer doors don't stay closed (not even the ones they "fixed" with duct tape) and the ones that DO have functional doors don't put out any heat. One wouldn't STOP spinning.it was still going when I left an hour later!
Save yourself the aggravation and go to another place. ANY. OTHER. PLACE. Whatever difference you spend in gas, you'll make up for not having to put out extra money trying to locate a woking appliance.
The bathroom was clean, at least.which is the only thing worthy of the one star.
Easy place to do your laundry. It's not super busy and the machines have all worked and are clean.
Great place to wash what doesn't fit in at home.open later for some people who work late.prices not bad.great employees as well.

I brought my wool jacket 2 the cleaners. It cost Me $16.65. The worst cleaning job ever. 1st. Time there & I want a refund or I will report them 2 the BBB.
I drive 20 minutes just to go to this Laundromat. I even have a Laundromat across the road from my apartment. But no other laundromats in this area can compare to Bills. They have a ton of washer and dryers and a great selection of different sizes. They have wifi, TV's, a bathroom, soda and snack machines, a crane toy game, lottery machine, change machines and laundry supply dispenser where you can buy anything you need to do your laundry or if you just forgot something. They also have a sink for everyone to use. Their prices can't be beat either. What would cost me $40 at one Laundromat only costs me $20-$25 here. They also order clothes washing services but I've never used them to I can't rate them. And this place is always super clean.
