Our tractor has been there 10 days already and we haven't heard a word. They won't answer and won't return calls. Unless if course my husband is lying has never called there yet.

Every one has there own opinion of people and places
but I read reviews and most were good me some were bad but don’t always listen to the Karen’s in the world this places was Great! Very family oriented and down to earth people great equipment and awesome to deal with! I highly recommend them! Bought a new zero turn and within 2 days delivered to my house free of charge

This is a situation that happened in the summer of 2020 about Bill's Service. Decided at the time to keep the opinionwe wrote and wait to see if we still felt the same. Decided it needs to be posted to this site with another experience.

Took chain saw for repair. After five (5) weeks we called and it wasn't started at that time Two (2) weeks later we called and he said he called us three (3) weeks ago. As business owners ourselves for 42 years we were extremely disappointed in this business. We did get our saw and it worked again; BUT, we would have expected it also to be cleaned and tuned up NOT just able to run. ALSO, he charged over $200.00 for what he said did - that certainly seems expensive to us. We are in another industry that works with much larger industrial equipment and do have knowledge of the costs and all types of industrial products. If we could have repaired the chain saw ourselves we would have; but, we don't work with chain saws.

These are good people. Bought my Cub Cadet XT2 tractor from them, and trust them to pick it up, perform annual service, and return it every year. Haven’t been disappointed. Don’t know of another local dealership that offers free pick up and delivery on their new Cub Cadets. Glad I followed a friend’s recommendation.

We recently had a bad experience with this company and would like to warn others before they invest their time or money also. We inquired about the pricing of a tune-up over the phone for a snowblower; my husband asked if the tune-up included the oil change/spark plug and was told yes and that it would be $79 -$89 dollars. We were also aware of a oil leak and informed them we would need an estimate on the leak before work was performed. We drop off the blower and my husband mentions again in their office about needing an estimate first on the leak and then again when out in their driveway while unloading the blower. We heard nothing for a week about the estimate, so we call and they tell us they already ordered the parts so we mention again we needed an estimate first and to not do the work until they call us back with pricing-we heard nothing. A few days later we call again for the estimate, they already performed all the work and it was ready to be picked up! The tune-up ends up being more than quoted (apparently the quote on the tune-up DID NOT include the oil/spark plug as told earlier). We were charged more than what we thought was fair for the repair plus they never had given us the estimate first, as request 4 times! We tried to speak reasonably to the manager about the issue/price and he said "The price was the price and it wasn't changing". My husband shared his dissatisfaction with the manager and the manager stated "Well, we have 5,000 other customers". Needless to say, we will never use this business again and hope you won't either! They definitely DO NOT deserve 5,001 customers!

Only gave a 1 due to zero was not possible. When bought tractor was told got free pick up and delivery. That was BS was charged over $15 per mile for pick up and delivery.this place is a joke not only did they charge for delivery they then held the tractor for days until they chose to bring back. Many other places sale these tractor's I would recommend you go some where else. So much for tring to use a local dealer. Expect better service not taken advantage of! 2days later ran tractor did run fine (note: 3rd fuel tank assy.for tractor). Was hoping owner would live up to his free delivery service, Has not yet. Just wanted to add update 3rd use of tractor doing same thing wont start properly and stalls.

Machine was more dirty then when I took it in!
Very heavy pencil on labor. If I had charged someone 700.00 labor when I had deck off I would clean it to look like new. Don't recomend you getting service work done here

Drove a good distance to see their selection of zero turns. The salesman acted like i was bothering him when I asked questions about different models. Will buy somewhere else

Bought a new lawn tractor and a snow blower from Bill. Great small business to deal with. Great service. Great people.

Bill and Ron have always treated me fairly and have been kind to me while doing business. They are welcoming and friendly with fair prices. I would recommend them to anyone in need of tools or equipment.

Bills small engine has always treated my family well wheather it’s stopping in for a part for one of our machines or to buy a new item. His selection is amazing given how many brands he carries. I always buy pro model equipment so it is nice knowing he has it in stock or can have it to me in short order. 3 years in a row I have ordered new chainsaws to expand my business and every year I have had them in no time. Other businesses wanted me to wait till they had a “larger order” before they would order my equipment. This is not what you get from bill. He is upfront about the cost and any shipping charges that may be included. Thanks to him I have been able to outfit not only my family with safe reliable and efficient equipment but also my business and that goes a long way with me. I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly ten years and will continue to do business there.
